He was a good General and a first rate Patriot. Maybe the groundwork for 370 scrapping was discussed between him and General Rawat.
After six years,I still say,Gen.Bikram Singh is a well polished gentleman and one of the best generals India has had.

Why India Today is deeply interested to invite Pakistani journalist to question Indian Army Chief. As a citizen of India, we are not interested to have any relation with Pakistan, who has masterminded attack on parliament, Kargil, Mumbai attack, Uri, Pulwama and many more such nefarious acts. We lost our brave soldiers and innocent citizens. Still media is fascinated to Pakistan ??. What for ??.

Wajahad S.Khan seems to be the only Pakistani who seems to be rational and yeah, who can speak English quiet well, apart from Imran Khan. Otherwise, we've only seen the "Boys played well" types.
@Sohail Tiwana I wasn't saying anything about intellect. Yes, Language is not a measurment of that, the thing is about communication. And as you are aware, English is a Global language, a mastery over it (not talking about accent or pronunciation) can help a person communicate better thus reducing misunderstanding.

And BTW, As I mentioned before, English is a medium of communication to reach a Global Network. Hindi or Urdu or even Chinese doesn't have that kind of reach. And as far as Hindi is concerned, it's only an Official Language, at par with 22 other languages of India. Only 33% of the people in India speaks or understand Hindi, the rest speaks their own mother tongue. So how do you reach to them by speaking Hindi?
So let's say I have a mind set like yours and kind of dislike people speaking English, But I dont know Hindi, and I speak in my native Language, would you understand me? How will feelings tell you what I want?
So it's you who has to grow up and accept English the way it is, a global mode of communication, and stop this anglophobia, If 67%of Indians don't speak or understand Hindi. How do you expect everyone in the world to understand Hindi.
