I actually have manifested so much by acting as if I had something without having it because I was also in the belief that if i constantly bought workout clothes, equipment, worked out, and felt sore that i told myself. this is likely how gym rats feel. i am a gym rat and long and behold i quickly saw progress. i also always ask myself throughout each hour what would i be doing if I was an actor, if i made decent money and I always emulate the actions of that ideal person.

I lost the same guy again and again and again even when he gave me so many chances only because I lacked the emotional intelligence and couldn’t understand what men needed. Not to blurt out how I felt when I felt it and understood what they were going through. He kept telling me he need someone to let me be free and speak as he likes, and even though I did, the fact that I kept sharing emotions at the wrong time making him feel more heavy and wrong timing, broke my relnship and I don’t know how to win him back anymore😢
I'm 34 and still financially dependent on my parents. I got a college degree which they wanted me to do. And now I just am not interested in pursuing that anymore. I'm grateful that all my needs and expenses are met. However it feels like a blow to my self respect that I'm still financially dependent and sucking on their savings and resources when I should be the one supporting them at this age. I tried affirmations, visualisation, meditation. But it's been years and still no change. I know there must be a black somewhere. But I'm at my wits end.
Either take a break from manifestation and come back with a fresh mind or learn to enter the void state via meditation, lucid dreaming or OBE 😊 might take some weeks to get good at meditation but dopamine detoxing can speed that up. Good luck 😊

But it's packaged up in manifestation mumbo-jumbo for the gullible who think there's some kind of magic formula. Please, people. You want better health? Eat right and exercise. You want money? Budget, save, and invest. You want a good relationship? Work on yourself. This isn't "law of assumption". This is "go do the thing".

So for example, with your $1, put aside what you need for bills then divide the rest between your other pots - 1) fun 2) retirement fund 3) saving for a car (for example). Doesn’t exactly work with $1 haha, but with bigger amounts it seems like a nice way to have more control (especially if you’re prone to impulse spending or restricting and never treating yourself when you can afford it).
