Shawn Drover plays with no feeling. He checked out when his brother left.
Christopher Rogers dave shoudve got nick menza back when he had the chance
Menza was not in good health and couldnt possibly do a worldwide tour. He was given a chance twice (2004 & 2014). Justis actually posted a video of Nick drumming inside Dave studio but David said when they had the real rehearsal, he'd often mess up the beat. I'm sure you could still find David interview where he talked about it.
In fact one of the reason why Chris and Shawn left was because they found out the other two guys had a meeting with Marty and Nick during 2014 NAMN which didnt work out for whatever reason.
I was at this concert, you are amazing for putting this up thank you so much :)
GRACIAAAAAAAAS!!!!! profin uno del 2012, eres el mejor :D
this was my life sounded awesome
I really respect megadeth for doing this for there fans they really do not have to do this stuff for money because they could just tour anyways but instead pay respect to the fans who have been supporting them since the 90s by playing the album,I never heard of a band playing a full older album props.
I was at that concert. That was third time I saw Megadeth. I absolutely love them, and I love their tuning right now. Its better for Dave's vocals
cool! architecture of aggression!
The next album is in D? I guess that will benefit poor old Dave. He has stressed himself beyond imagination. And he does it all for the fans. A ton of kudos for him.
Thanks for the download. Did Dave M hire / build a robotic drummer for this tour?
oh that's awesome :))
Genial!!, para revivir lo que también pasó por acá en Chile!
Awesome video! I bought Dave Mustaine's Dean "Rust in Peace"Flying V & what a beast it is,I love it!
Buenisimo ;) pero tambien estaria bueno si conseguis el de argentina del 14 de septiembre la verdad que fue un recital espectacular de cuando fui a ver a megadeth pro primera vez
Shows how well CTE has aged...great show!
Ok. That's gonna sound heavy man!! Fucking cool!!!!
yes! they should play it more live
Not sure if it's still on their setlist, but they played it for us in the UK this year
so heavy!!
yeah man I get you
good :D
THKS 4 THE GIFTS... ***** :/
No need. DVD will be out soon.
They must play like in standard D tuning or something. It sounds so low. But still fucking awesome!!!
Great vid, but why does the Bass keep cutting out?
Indeed, its not ''E'' , i was making a comparison with the original...
Do you have video from Pomona?
I concur. You got the blue one?
*Finally* Dave realized he cannot sing old songs in original key?
I dont care if they play in D now, its still killer
I WAS AT THIS SHOW
Idk about u guys but skin o my teeth sounds cooler in standard D tuning. Really good!!
metallica does it too.
first i know of was the full master of puppets album which they played in 06 for the 20th anniversary.
This is in D tuning, and their next album will also be in D.
os vocais do mustaine estão ótimos
Sim, mas eles baixaram a afinação das guitarras, ajuda bastante para ele, muitas bandas fazem isso. Assim ele não precisa forçar tanto a voz.
Yea I kinda figured that out. Metallica did that too in the 90's. But they only did it to Eb. (half step down).
Yeah, they downtuned for Dave's voice I believe.
guy in the middle of the stairs get the fuck out the way... that is all lol
why the fuckkkkk drover doesn't do nick menza like double pedal in some songs, fucking piss me off
Shawn just give up to play drums. He really does give a shit to the drum lines.
That hanger 18 intro was just awful but they made up for it
I know everyone thinks that there must be plenty of money in the bank for bands. Unfortunately that is a bullshit media version of reality. Keep in mind. Promoters(paid),Managers(paid),stadiums(paid),Tickemaster and friends(paid),roadies(paid),security(paid),Bus maintenance, gas, driver(PAID),suddenly oh I forgot BANDMATES(paid,of course)=where did all the money go????? SHIT!!!=not as much as you'd think,SHIT!! oh well, off to the studio(600 bucks an hour PAID) DAMNIT, and once more around.
78starbuck oh please dave is swimming in money lol megadeth is one of the biggest metal bands in the world.
That's the problem with 20th anniversary tours... 20 years older lead singers.
The cool thing about low tuning is that it adds freshness for some songs we've all listened to to death. Hangar 18 sounds great in Cm.
Trust, however, sounds like a slowdown.
I was at a different show on this tour. Trust was a horrible opener. It set a lame ass energy for the rest of the show. They should have opened with Hangar 18.
Now Best Buy theater is the palladium?🤔 and before PlayStation theater V?
