    Sooji ki barfi
    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    -Pani (Water) 1 cup
    -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) powder ¼ tsp
    -Cheeni (Sugar) 1 & ½ cups
    -Ghee 2 tbs
    -Hari elaichi(Green cardamom) powder ¼ tsp
    -Sooji (Semolina) 1 & ½ cups
    -Khopra (Coconut) desiccated ½ cup
    -Dried milk powder ½ cup
    -Badam (Almonds) chopped as required
    -Pista (Pistachio) chopped as required
    -Khujoor (Dates) 2-3 finely chopped or as required
    -Khopra (Coconut) desiccated for sprinkling
    -Pista (Pistachio) chopped for sprinkling
    -Badam (Almonds) chopped for sprinkling
    Directions:
    -In pot add water elaichi powder and sugar and bring to boil and then let the liquid reduce until it becomes thick for almost 10-12 minutes.
    -In another wok melt ghee and add cardamom powder and semolina and roast for 5 minutes until aroma arises.
    -Add in desiccated coconut, milk powder, chopped almonds, chopped pistachio and chopped dates and roast for another 3-5 minutes.
    -Add the water and sugar mix and mix well, and then roast again until the mixture leaves pan.
    -Spread and set in a greased tray and leave to rest for an hour.
    -Sprinkle desiccated coconut, pistachio and almonds and cut in squares.

    Ajza:
    -Pani (Water) 1 cup
    -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) powder ¼ tsp
    -Cheeni (Sugar) 1 & ½ cups
    -Ghee 2 tbs
    -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) powder ¼ tsp
    -Sooji (Semolina) 1 & ½ cups
    -Khopra (Coconut) desiccated ½ cup
    -Dried milk powder ½ cup
    -Badam (Almonds) chopped as required
    -Pista (Pistachio) chopped as required
    -Khujoor (Dates) 2-3 finely chopped or as required
    -Khopra (Coconut) desiccated for sprinkling
    -Pista (Pistachio) chopped for sprinkling
    -Badam (Almonds) chopped for sprinkling
    Directions:
    -Aek pot main pani hari elaichi powder aur cheeni daal kar usko boil Karen aur reduce hone tak boil karterahen approximately 10-12 minutes jab thak wo thick hojaye.
    -Aek wok main ghee garam karke usmain hari elaichi powder aur sooji daal kar roast karlen 5 minutes tak ya jab tak uska aroma ajaye.
    -Ab desiccated khopra, milk powder, chopped badaam, chopped pista aur chopped khujoor add karke 3-5 minutes aur roast karen.
    -Ab pani aur cheeni ka sheera add karden aur mix karke dobara roast karen, jab tak mixture pan chor de.
    -Ab isko greased tray main set karke 1 hour k liye rest de den.
    -Uper dessicated coconut, pista aur badaam sprinkle karke squares cut kar len.
