Destroyers in World of Warships Blitz are fast and maneuverable ships. They bravely rush into the heat of the battle. As a cv main, can confirm this is accurate. On the other hand, if they don’t kill me on the first torp hits, my torp bombers generally finish them off.

Destroyers are the best shuos in the game. Close quarter battles are its advantage. The best destroyer in the game (in my opinion) is Fubuki-sama. Its takes all three torpedos to destroy a battleships easily. Charge at them, turn to your side when you are near, and then let your torpedos do the job.

I legit thought for the longest time that US Destroyers were overpowered, then I got to the Yugumo and Shimakaze and I realized that they exist they counter OP IJN DDs.

Is funny how they start the video by saying how dangerous destroyers are, most DDS when hitting a BB with all of its torpedoes only take 40% hp away, it couldn't even kill a cruiser, it takes an average of 8 torpedoes to kill a high tier CA,and combined with this game current maps design, it teaches to only bum rush when playing DDS, which is not how you play DDS, it is terribly unbalance compare to the PC version, and of course war gaming are not doing any to fix this, since adding permium ships are 10× more important.

The reasons destroyers are called so it even tho all warship can destroy is theyre hard to kill and very stealth
Why are modules on DD's invincible? They don't have any armor, but never seem to get there engine, steering gear, or torpedo modules knocked out. Not even with 3 heavy cruisers firing on them, they just lose hp. Hire tier DD's are completely OP. Tier 10 matches are completely dominated by DD's. 8/10 matches are dedicated by who has the most DD's are there team. Just 1 Shimikaze on the enemy team is enough to make the game stagnant, nobody moves and nobody caps.
Because wargaming IS DESPERATELY INLOVED WITH DD's!!! Thats why!!!!
Their small size is an advantage quite often the shells will land somewhere near the central bow or hull. But if a torpedo hits it guaranteed a rudder or propeller is going down

Torpedo damage in blitz is very low compared to legends and pc, so I prefer destroyers on those editions

Unfortunately , Destroyers are also the easiest class to do well in, requiring the least skill to decent
Madpatton no they are not destroyers require timing and positioning, they cant recklessly charge in. A good destroyer player would know when to take their chances and that chances is not given all the time it sometimes has to wait for the their target to come to them and correctly position themselves for an effective torpedo salvo.
Cruisers are the easiest to use so far as they inherit similar characteristics with both Battleships and Destroyers mixed into one. Cruisers are well balanced and easy to use as they can be found in any range either close or mid ranges, as compared to a destroyer it has to be in the closest range possible.
Any player would know how dangerous a Destroyers torpedoes are but if a player adjust for an attack in advance he/she will easily dodge any salvos from a destroyer.
