I usually do 1 cup chicken stock/bone broth - 1 cup 2% milk - 1 cup fresh grated parm cheese and grind as much black pepper as you want. This looks so good with the addition of the dry peppers.
One request. When I was younger, I used to live in Japan and there was a restaurant in Osaka where they made Tarako Spaghetti. It was spaghetti with fish eggs, seaweed and cream, probably a little butter as well. Unbelievably delicious. Do you have a similar recipe in Korea? If yes can you teach us how to make it though it's almost impossible to find fish eggs here. Thank you! 💖🤗🙏
I am quite sure there are such Italian restaurants in S Korea. I have seen them on youtube videos. As far as I remember, those Italian restaurants in S Korea use fish eggs from several different fish species, respectively, to make pasta with fresh cream-based sauce
