    Hi i'm really enjoying your videos they're a great help to an absolute novice such as myself. One thing i am struggling to understand though, is when you didn't put the F# in as the final note and then added 3 notes below the beginning, and how this relates to how you duplicate the sequence up the piano roll. I am working in D Minor and finding this confusing when i try to duplicate the sequence, i land back on a D, do i just repeat the sequence with the following E etc?? Thanks mate

    Is there a faster way to do this with push 2 scale mode ?

      Hey - yeah the Push 2 can be put in to scale mode for entering notes, meaning you don’t need to worry about staying in key as long as you pick the correct key in the Push’s settings. This tutorial is mainly for people that don’t have a hardware tool to help with the theory.
