Hello, new subscribers here, I am going to binge watch your videos from the oldest to newest. I enjoyed this video, the pace was just right. I travel solo in a class c with my two dogs. I first saw your safety video. Thank you RUclips for putting him in my feed. Safe travels!
@RLittle1 I'm taking notes on "what's in my go bag" so that I can add to mine. My brother was in the army, me in public health, I agree with your philosophy of being prepared.
Awesome man!!!! One luxury camp survival tip i can add is utilizing an app called stellarium and putting the time to the future to the next morning and follow the ecliptic in the sky to see where the sun will rise, this has helped me prevent hot uncomfortable mornings when I was planning on sleeping in!
We've never had an issue with camp hosts; keep things clean and well organized. Most campgrounds require that you keep your dog on a 6' leash, but the last several camping trips I've made, I've tested the boundaries of my dog's training, and she's proven to be a trooper. She stays right beside me, follows recall commands without effort, and with few excepts is very non-reactive around other dogs. Not once has a camp host commented about her being off leash. Good little guard dog, too, once nightfall hits and things settle down.
I've definitely stayed in campgrounds where idiot neighbors keep walking right through ignoring you and freaking out your dogs every time. Then there's the dumbass that runs his $100 princess auto generator all day and night with his hoard of 4 or 5 jerry can's lined up to keep it going just for his dam star-link. Last summer I stayed all week solo at a site with a bunch of drunks next door (the only people in the whole freakin' campground other than me of course), they'd get so loaded they were hardly conscious hunched over in their chairs by the smoldering fire trying to sing at 2am lol. I couldn't move because all I had was my dirt bike and our trailer, wife was gone with the vehicle with her for the work week! Good times.

Really nice channel. And good tips.
