AI can do voice over but when you have the original cast like James Earl Jones it just brings it to life and knowing that is him brings tears to my eyes, such an iconic voice can’t be replaced.
They can do AI voice, yea cool and all but AI can't do personality.
@@xm26legend31 Yeah and like with AI Art it takes a person's effort to get right which in the end won't be as good or cost the same or more to get done. Like imagine all the money the voice actor of The master Chef from halo got just by doing random lines for people for just a little money... And how much it meant to people to have a clip of him saying stuff and how an AI could not beat that for those prices. So yeah if you have the OG actor get them not an AI.

Star Wars should be handled this way, 8 hard years of planning. The sequels should have been made the same way.
Some would say certain characters had been planned a decade in advanced. For example Bo Katan, the reason why she looked similar to her VA is because Filoni always wanted her to make a live action appearance. (Even if they ended up milking the character)
Share these featurettes to every fan you know. These featurettes should put a lot of ppls own truth to rest on how George and Dave are telling us how to interept their story.

The face revel in Rebels is so huge....and then the Obi Wan show just straight up ripped it off.
Yes, but it gave us our first glimpse of Hayden’s face beneath the mask. So it was worth it. But the show overall was crap with a few select decent scenes.
The shaky cam during the final fight was horrendous. It was so distracting. EpIII certainly didn’t do that.
@@vananon51yes but we get to see why obi wan and Ahsoka failed to pull Anakin back to the light despite their bonds to him . They failed because they had both already accepted that the Anakin that they knew is gone killed by Vader and the fact Ahsoka wants avenge Anakin’s death by killing Vader tells you that the fight with Vader is more about her guilt than saving Anakin . Same with Obi wan during the kenobi And Vader fight in ep 6. it was more about Obi wan was guilty conscience and him finally accepting that the Anakin he knew was gone than him seeing beyond mask of Vader to core that is still Anakin.
Always felt that in that sliced mask scene from rebels, they should have made vader’s eyes turn blue for a brief momement as he called “ahsoka” and then go back to sith yellow when he says “then you will die”. would have been such a powerful moment.
I wish that fan edit where his eyes turned blue was in the show, it makes it more clear and legitimate

I hope in the show they stress the fact that Ahsoka should feel very guilty about leaving the Jedi order because maybe if she didn’t, Anakin might not have turned to the Darkside.
But she will realize that that guilt isnt warranted. She shouldnt feel guilty, everyone makes their own choices both good and bad and Anakin is no different. You cant blame Ahsoka, or Obi-Wan, or Padme or even Sidious. Anakin made his own choices.
I don't think she is at that state anymore, she said to Ezra when he wanted to save Kanan in the portal , I can't save my master , like you cant save yours... , she let anakin go
Why would she feel gilt, at the end of the day she was accused of bombing the temple and mudering a civilian
Anakin was more than just more than just her Master. They had a closer bond, almost like brother & sister.
Anakin ended up becoming one of the most fearsome killers of the galaxy, so it’s not something you can just let go.
Deep down, it’s a decision she made too swiftly in leaving without weighing out the consequences, like we have all done it life. If she stayed, then think about the THOUSANDS of lives that would have been saved. But we don’t know for sure, but that should be the struggle that she should have to wrestle with. It builds great drama which is sorely missing in Star Wars.
@@Napski_ if she would have stayed he would have tried to kill her too. When he chose to become Darth Vader he became willing to kill anyone and everyone, except maybe Padme but he ended up hurting her too. He proved that in his duel with Ahsoka, he was willing and ready to kill her to kill Anakin.

He skin was so severely burned that the eye scar was no longer visible.

I really hope in the ashoka show they show ashoka guilt of leaving the order because she has these what ifs what if she stayed could she have stopped anakin becoming vader I doubt she could have made anakin stayed in the light sidious has been planing for anakin to be his apprentice since the events of phantom meance

How is that BS, Ahsoka was accused for bombing the temple and mudering a civilian. I literally did a rewatch on all 7 seasons of CW and the jedi make up there minds before she was on trail for her crimes and the jedi order banish Ahsoka immediately even Anakin yells at them and says u have already made your decision. The moment Ahsoka is not charged for her crimes she leaves because the jedi council didnt believe her therefore she felt betrayed by them. Maybe b4 calling BS u should rewatch it again

As much as I absolutely love James Earl Jones the sad truth is that a lot of the anti ai sentiment is disregarding what AI can already do, let alone what it’ll be able to do. It would almost in a sense be an eternal homage to his portrayal
Because this is shortly before Episode 4, what a couple years? That's why you don't see the scarring. Think back (or go look for) Vader after he has Luke take the helmet off. While he isn't ghostly white here, that spot of his face has no real scarring - and was likely chosen because of that since trying to animate his scars, cause that would have taken a lor more time and effort they likely did not have (time that is). When Kenobi ripped off this scene they went to the other, scarred side and likely had it planned enough that because he was less healed (Kenobi is years before this) and his left side (way more scarred) they had the prosthetics and all ready to go, and the time and all to do it.
Something people really over look - animators who are actually in the industry for these companies, they are often under some really heavy deadlines, it's why you will see those 'repeat' shots in shows/anime (especially) where it looks like they just swapped backgrounds or something cause - well, they did, cause it saves time and money, even old Disney films watch closely and you'll see where in order to not take years they reused previous animations redone for characters. Unless your going to five your artists and animators as long as is needed - which is only ever going to be more indie projects/RUclips/etc - your going to find details sacrificed at times, or reused stuff to save time and money.

I believe the blame should go fully to KK and the idiot writers and maybe some on Ewan McGregor for not giving her the proper resources like she mentioned at Celebration. Plus the report came out that Andor and Acolyte got more $$ than Kenobi and BOBF. Also If anyone deserves an “F you” more than ever it’s Rian Johnson. And unlike him, she didn’t attack people who didn’t like her product. So what’s up with this unnecessary crapping on her? I am huge fan of your page and I totally agree that Disney has messed up SW but comments like that and the unnecessary/gross joke of her having a Brazilian butt lift on the recent nerd theory stream was kinda off putting and it feeds to those shill RUclipsrs who keep calling you toxic. Deborah Chow was way off. The show should have been 45% Kenobi, 45% Vader, and 10% whoever else. Instead we got mostly Kenobi chasing Leia around and a Inquisitor we are supposed to care about more than seeing Vader which isn't going to happen.
Ahsoka would never win against Darth Vader, Yeah I know that Obi Wan defeated complete body Anakin but Vader is a more focused anakin and would destroy Ahsoka easily the only thing that would make Ahsoka defeat Vader is to bring the Anakin in him to come back from the darkside. So conclusion Ahsoka cannot win against the Chosen One!
AI voices and deepfake don't have the emotional range or depth of the real thing, and no matter how much they improve they will never be sincere.

I love Vader as much as the next guy, but that fight is supremely one-sided in Superman's favor.
Its going to be sooo cool but also WEIRD if they do some sort of flash back with Hayden's Anakin and Ahsoka. Hayden's Anakin felt like a Jedi padawan even in the Revenge of the Sith. He lacked the maturity and wisdom and well-roundedness that CW Anakin had. All we got to see in Attack of the Clones and even Revenge of the Sith is an immature, whiny and impulsive Anakin. I cant see Hayden's Anakin with a padawan.

I have big problems with this confrontation. It´s presentation and that it happens in "Rebels".
They decided to show this in Rebels which ,in my opinion, is subpar in every aspect of film making compared to the 7th season of Clone Wars.
The animation quality is lacking. I really dislike this art style, which feels like they took Star Wars and made it suitable for 3 year old children. For the most part, the story telling and dialogue is frankly awful. When I tear up in Clone Wars, I roll my eyes in Rebels.
It feels like they decided to randomly squish this in between another part of the story which had nothing to do with Ahsoka or Vader when this absolutely should be the main story of the show it´s told in , as the conflict between Ahsoka and Vader is arguably the most important and most interesting plot point of all the animated Star Wars shows.
Imagine this whole conflict told and done with the same devotion as they did the 7th season Clone Wars and especially the final 4 episodes.
That is why to me, there is no resolution yet with Ahsoka and Anakin and I´m hoping they will find a more satisfying way to finishing their stories with the shows and or movies to come.
Filoni had no choice. He wanted to finish their story, and the clone wars was cancelled, so he decided why not do it in rebels. It makes sense to me
