One reason I think Diddy was able to get away with (literally) murder for do long, is because the homophobia was so blatant, that it turned many ears away, including mine.
The bad things he has done should've been the focus, not his sexual orientation.

I mean, Katt Williams even said his a-hole is "still a virgin." That's a homophobic remark. Or when 50 cent talked about Diddy offering to take him shopping? That was also homophobia.
However, you're really going to think I'm reaching when I say that homophobia is white supremacist ideology. But it is.
Homophobia is pushed by white supremacists because if they can get others to see the queer and gay community as less than human, chances are they also won't care when laws criminalizing queer was are enacted. Going a step further, (because white supremacy relies on violence in order to achieve white supremacy), no one will care when gays are killed by white supremacy either, if homophobia is allowed to happen.
I may not know the ins and outs of the music industry but I know white supremacist ideology, along with capitalism, which heavily relies on the exploitation of black, brown and red bodies. Both require homophobia to flourish, so that those lives can be viewed as less deserving and the exploiting and capitalizing of those lives can continue, unfettered.
I believe that it's been reported that Lucien Grange funds Diddy's parties. If true, Grainge got wealthy by exploiting and capitalizing black and brown bodies in various African Nations. It all comes back to getting wealthy through white supremacist ideology and capitalistism.
