The devs also have to make a super, two gadgets, and two star powers. He's not that broken, pretty balanced. Kinda hard but fun to pick up but so cooked in competitive. He's like Mortis before Coiled Snake became his base kit

Moe isnt broken, he was nerfed and i think he’s balanced now. Maybe good. Kenji will be hard to use, and you’ll never hit that super. Good sustainability and thats it
