The Peacemaker trailer was great. I like his moves his interactions with some of the characters like the one he had with her are hilarious "You're the first bangable monster chick." Janet Cage is an interesting kameo character. I was somewhat surprised that they didn't had Cassie instead. Hilarious fatal blow by Peacemaker and great fatality by him. Honestly I'm excited, I really hope the update is good. There should be a balance patch and what's most important is that we get COMMUNICATION from the team on how they plan on completing this uncomplete game, but I guess that basic request is asking for too much 😒
MK1 is complete, also the communication can't just be done on the spot, WB are the ones that tell NRS when they can communicate.

MK1 does NOT lacking in content at all. Also the number of bugs in MK1 is the norm, I speak from experience as a former QA tester myself, and all the bugs have been fixed by now. Not to mention that other fighting games have just as much bugs that are way more crucial than anything in MK1. Oh and Invasions is not boring at all, it's super fun.
Anyway, Peacemaker and Janet Cage look amazing! John Cena nailed it!
Glad you have that experience in the game! Wish I was thinking that but I can’t. I’ve been playing and making NRS content for a long time and if I compare every game with each other, this one has not a lot of replay value and many modes or features that are missing out that were in the previous games which is very weird. Like online practice, practicing in KoTH while you’re waiting, rooms, tagging moves in practice (they patched that in now, weird it wasnt there since day 1) and customization is so dead compared to MK 11 and Injustice 2. Netcode doesn’t seem better, especially when I hear from African and Middle eastern players they can’t have non laggy matches because they arent servers located in their continents but it worked fine in MK 11. Yeah this worries me. Invasions is too boring for me, I give the Mileena season the last chance
@@lostygirl I live in Israel, so I'm also from the Middle East, and had no problem with my online experience with MK1 at all. I do know that Africa can't connect the server but Middle East? No idea where you got it from.
Also regarding the missing features, you have to take into account that these are all online stuff for competitive players, my speculation is that NRS/WB realized that it's not worth investing in that stuff since the competitive side of the playerbase is super small and therefore won't using it in he long run. I myself tried to enter the rooms in MK11 in late 2022 and there were barely any players there, but Kombat League was still full players. Also a former NRS employee was on Pig of the Hut's stream a few weeks ago and talked about how the competitive community doesn't invested in the game itself no matter what NRS/WB does.
And regarding Invasions, it's super fun, it's basically an old-school Pokemon game inside MK1, and as a long time fan of both MK and Pokemon, I love it, on top of all the elements from previous MK games like Test Your Might. You really shouldn't give up on it.
I couldn't care less about Peacemaker, but I'm curious about Janet and what she'll bring to us

I have to be honest, peacemaker is just so goddamn uninteresting. The show was unpopular and his gameplay looks even more rigid and clunky than Rambo. About time NR get rid of the "boys club" mentality and actually add some women in the guests characters. Perhaps then they won't lack depth and won't be so boring.
