Hi Friends, here we have 8 channel NVR with 6 camera and we will connect it DLINK N300 Router and make online configuration.
So if you have a NVR and want to make it online and access it anywhere through internet on your mobile phone then you have to need a Router that can connect to your NVR and provide internet it. or if you have already a Router with internet then you can easily make it Online with simple steps.

My nvr has 8 poe poet, 1 lan,
Where do i connect the cable from the switch to the nvr if i have no internet router

You can connect cable NVR with switch and Poe 1 lan port with switch.

I have 3 dome poe camera
1 gigabyte switch 8port 2 uplink
1nvr poe port 1 lan port
The cable from the uplink port of the switch , where do i put the cable in the nvr, in the lan port or poe port.
Note i have no router no internet thanks, just nvr
