Something similar happened to a guy who got hit by another car outside my house. A guy got hit and the guy who hit drove off but little did he know that his driver licences fell off when he hit the first guys car 😂

This may seem a little reaching but:
Ask Heath if his truck had a full tank of gas.
If it didn't, chances are that the thieves had to stop for gas at some point.
Google all the gas stations nearest to your house and especially ones on major roads to the right of your apartment complex (since the truck turned right as it left the garage). If you're lucky, they might have footage either of the truck at the gas station or of the truck passing by on the street.

security cameras are recording 24/7 and the footage actually takes a lot of space bytes wise, so the simplest it could the less space the footage can take, plus if it was full blown HD or at least 480p it will be like tens and tens of terabytes daily which a lot to deal with and so expensive. THNK ABOUT THIS || the suspect worker that was 'watching the footage and accidentally deleted it' works at the place that Zane and Heath's landlord works. The landlord has the code to the gate and knows the cars and where they are parked, because I'm assuming that Zane and Heath have assigned parking spots, like Gabble, I'm assuming. Since that worker works at the same place he might know the gate code and might also have been able to figure out where the cars are parked and which cars they are. if he did have this information then he could just hit up one of his friends and give them the info and then they could go steal the truck. Its just an idea but it works and would make sense.
Also, think about this, I just thought of this.
Why would they go for ZANE'S car, it a ready by supposedly unlocked, only go for the spare keys and then head straight for HEATH'S car and no one else. wouldn't they try every car? Also, why didn't they try to take ZANE'S car before heaths, or take something out of ZANE'S car. Wouldn't they look in the glove compartment or the trunk or something and take stuff from in there.
I'm starting to think that the people who stole the car had some beef with Heath because why not go for Zane and steal from his car and try to take stuff when it was supposedly unlocked? It just doesn't add up.
But I don't know its just some thoughts

I totally think they could be the suspect workers, but I think it's more likely that the culprits have beef with Zane or Heath... There was a three minute period between them entering the parking garage and them checking Zane's jeep for keys... Which means that they most likely didn't check any other vehicles to see if they were unlocked or to try to hijack them. They went straight to Zane's jeep and then went directly to Big Red

but they didn't use a code, the girl fit through a small opening and let the guy in, heath said that in his video. also If they knew where heaths car was parked they wouldn't have tried 4 other cars first. I don't really think it's a fan or a worker I think it's just a young couple who obviously are either broke, homeless or on drugs & car hop to make extra cash, idk about LA but where I live that's super common.
