I didn’t know any of this. Bought the box from tractor supply on sale for $799. Realizing now that I got the 4.0 version! Had the 3.0 before on my old truck and this one has a way better locking mechanism. Way smoother.
I just bought one today for my tundra. Its an 03 but i got it for 750.00 Now if i can figure out how to get that damn tray in ill be alright.....i think
Unfortunately, Weather Guard advertises their boxes as "no fit" for Tacomas because of the factory bed rail system. However, you may be able to measure your bed and find a box that will fit; you'll just need to find a way to secure it to the truck.

I got one for tundra but I need mounts for the accessory rail...gonna try Amazon ones I ordered..
