Notes do get cut off in reggae,i am dont think u Romelda Lewis know what ur talking about.She is playing it right but doesn’t have the amp with the heay lows on.I am taking Ampeg SVT 4 pro 1200 watts with 8 or 6 ten speaker cabinet.sometimes notes are short and sometimes long but not to long.It all depends

An interesting thing about the Catch A Fire album is that it was recorded on instruments which were at the end of their life in the studio, and sometimes needed hitting or things doing to them to work, which is why the album has the sound it does. I like your light touch on the strings Sandra.
