i completely disagree. summit and other crims have taken crazy jumps during cop chases before that were just as dangerous, except they did it on land instead of into the water. making it so that driving fast and irresponsibly = NVL is an absolutely horrible precedent to set
as im sitting here thinking about it, a great solution is if a suspect sends their car into the ocean, the primary officers can follow them directly into the water, and the repairs to their car would be covered by the city (basically a free cruiser repair for the first car that follows a vehicle into the water)

The strats that cops use are so op and unfun ( like shoot 2nd vehicle on site so no one can do a switch plan, shoot bikes instead of using spike strips, bumper cars etc.) , and now they wanna complain because bikes and water meta are popular due to lack of options THAT THEY COSTED IN THE FIRST PLACE? Ironic I must say

Knew this was gonna happen.. Summit liking being a cop more than crim only cause the cops made it near impossible to escape unless you do crazy shit.. turning into one of the “this should be an IRL simulator” cops. Seems like he’s ignoring what it’s like to be crim on the server.
@super hessu I agree he doesn’t like those type of getaways. But he shouldn’t label this as NVL considering how everyone drives in oncoming traffic consistently, which is even worse. I think now that he’s on a cop it’s just extenuating the fact he doesn’t enjoy those chases and getaways.

I mean, it is TECHNICALLY NVL. Opening a car door from the inside while underwater is virtually impossible because of the pressure.
Actuallly, it is possible until a certain depth, also they could have prepaired a screwdriver in advance for the window break.
You can only once the car is full of water inside and out so pressure is equalised. See MythBusters if want full demo

@@ghostdivision836 it's a lot safer than many of the other escapes people do such as jumping onto multi level story freeways or ramming at high speed.
@@Taran858 wrong , it needs to be at the bottom to be able to equalize , depending on the volume of water it can be 1000s of meters,so the best chance u have Is opening before being submerged or having windows down, see top gear experiment with Richard hammond for evidence
The rp is great, but everytime an intense chase happens someone is upset. I've heard so many negative thoughts from cops and crims, I don't know what even needs to change to make people happy honestly.

Didn’t summit do the exact same thing though not even week or so ago? It was when they drove off of roof into ocean and boat disappeared they planted there to use to get to helicopter.
He ain’t wrong rly though but not sure why he is just now seeing the nvl side when he does a lot of nvl too, oh well just a game just interesting.

Back on topic, my only issue with his logic is, people drive of mountain cliffs etc and he doesn’t bitch about that, he drives on the wrong side of the road at high rates of speeds constantly which should be a worse version of nvl.
@@OhhHyphy Nah he was involved cause it was the one where they dove off in water from roof after landing car up there but he just explained it in better detail why he feels the way he does, its not perfect still but i see his point little more.

@@indigo3032 Yeah I don't care if crims send a car into the water with a plan to get into a boat/sea plane or what CG did and tried to jump and get as close to the other side as possible because there were bikes waiting. If you just send it off into the ocean because you're out of ideas that's unacceptable though.

I dont think this kind of stuff can be balanced in a RP situation, but i also don't think that crims have too much ways to get away with robbing a bank, so its a mixed feelings situation
