- Had a lot of fun at Griffin with Rich on this one. Hopefully this one can help some of you who are struggling with learning how to drop.

Great vid, a PSA. 45 years ago I was already riding the streets of NYC. I still find Rich educational & inspirational. I don't get to ride off road too often but when I did, I went over the bars quite a few times but never shot the bike out from under me (except once when throttling the first time on a newly built DIY e-bike).

so cool seeing rich on youtube, idk why but it almost feels surreal seeing someone you know really well and are good friends with in a youtube video. I got to take a look at that bike he's riding in this vid when he got home it is one epic bike! then like 3 days later he tells me he snaped the frame lol! gotta love santa

Great video, very informative! The part where Rich shows why it's important to have the saddle out of the way is a great way to show people why some need more than 120mm of drop.

Not longer than I’ve been alive! Gonna be 62 in December! Really good video really detailed things well. I really don’t have wooden drops anywhere I ride although I would like to try some.
