That's interesting, a free pattern is now a paid for pattern, I wonder if someone did a tutorial when it was a free pattern 🤔 I hope one day I can complete a blanket, you amaze me how many blankets you have crocheted 👍
Where I am sorry you had troubles with that last corner, I am so happy to know even skilled crochet-ers like you have moments of nonperfection. I get so frustrated with myself sometimes. …and it looks great. I think I’m going to give it a go.
Hiya, Well done Terri! Phew! that looked a really tricky piece to complete. I don't think I could try it. Love the Easter display with Bluey (she's gorgeous.) I voted yesterday for my choice of blanket. Looks like you're doing well on the 2024 project list. That variegated blanket is sweet❣️
I had a good chuckle about your story with Felix blanket. I did the same thing! I used the video to get me started, but then I said “oh I got this I don’t need to watch the video”. I had to rip out sections too!
Out of all the blankets you make, your forever blanket is my favorite. It's just so pretty! I love how the pattern of the varigated yarn is coming out.
Yes, I've voted! Love your Felix Blanket! It looks amazing!! I was working on my Felix Blanket while I was watching you! However, as I only add 2 colours every 2 weeks I keep needing to go back to the video to remember what to do! I should be fine with the next 2 colours from Judy's photo (at Witch Peace Craft) in mid-March. I'm yet to decided how many blocks high that I should make it, but I think I'll do a total of 10 on each side, then start the next section. I'll have a total of 24 colours to keep rotating throughout the blanket. I really like the blanket you're crocheting with the Ice-Cream yarn. I love crocheting filet blankets & keen to do another one soon. 🥰Blessings from South Australia💕🐨
Not bad. It helps if you already know how to do the corner to corner stitch. And make sure you follow the tutorial playlist for it. I couldn’t have made it without the tutorial videos.
I'm thinking of doing the Felix blanket but I checked the first tutorial on it about the supplies needed and she said she used #4 yarn but said nothing about how much is needed. Anybody have any idea where I can find this information?
She leaves it up to you as to what size you want to make it. That is why she doesn't give you any yarn amounts. There are 3 panels to the pattern, but she give you the option of only making 2 panels which could also effect the size and amount of yarn needed.
Thank you for responding. I was just trying to get an idea on how much yarn I would need and if using scraps how much would be needed to make a "block" of one color.@@YarnjoyPodcast
@@barbp66 you could weigh your ball before making the block. Then weigh what you have left after making a block to find out how much each block takes. There should be 2 sizes: a smaller one and a larger one. Except when you get to the top where you are “squaring” it off. Those will be smaller.
The Felix blanket turned out wonderful, like all your projects ,you have golden hands.
Congratulations, Terry, for your finished "Felix". The blanket looks amazing 🎉❤🎉
The Felix blanket is quite an accomplishment. No wonder you are so happy about finishing it. It’s really unique in the blanket world.

I love the Felix blanket. I would love to do one but I would never finish it. That’s why I don’t do blankets. I get bored and don’t finish them
Hi Terri, yay, your felix blanket is finished and looks amazing. I am working on a ripple blanket and a minipop cardigan for newborn-3 months.
Beautiful blankets. I may try the diamond.

You probably already told us, but what’s the name of the blanket that’s on your chair? I like the colors in it! Felix came out really nice. 😊
