More people need to know this. I overpronated my whole life and have decently low arches. I originally thought I had flat feet. Once I changed my mechanics and got into barefoot shoes so my feet and legs can do what they're supposed to all the time, I haven't needed any support whatsoever. I don't blame people for not believing that support is the problem, not the cure. It's all we've ever known. It seems like only a matter of time before the education starts reaching the general population.

What exercises would help the legs align for better arches?
