The Docter has been corrected and informed about mistakes or things they had not concidered before by another regeneration of themselfes, companions as well as other people. For example in The -I don't know what- of the Doctor the War Doctor basically spent the entire episode getting angry with the 10th and 11th Doctor for their bickering, not jumping to conclusions fast enough, them being themselfes etc. And I don't remember wether it was Martha or Bill but she and the Doctor were planning to visit Great Britain in the victorian ages and Martha or Bill remembers the Doctor that she might face racism and get into serious trouble. It is fair for a white man to not think of racism as he usually does not experience it. Misogyny is a similar topic. As a woman the 13th Doctor is more likely to experience misogyny than the 10th, so it's entirely possible that she is not taken seriously or something because of her sex, the 10th Doctor does not get it and she lectures him on the issue. Someone like Doomcock would see a scene like this as a woman degrading a man for being a man, while I see it as one incarnation of the Doctor correcting, informing or calling out another incarnation.

If a guy is going to whine about his mysterious "source" throughout the video but give no indication as to what this source is, it's usually because it's wrong.

Even if there was or is going to be a multi-Doctor-episode with the 10th and 13th Doctor and the 13th calling out the 10th for a mistake he made this would not be something new or out-of-charcter. The Docter has been corrected and informed about mistakes or things they had not concidered before by another regeneration of themselfes, companions as well as other people. For example in The -I don't know what- of the Doctor the War Doctor basically spent the entire episode getting angry with the 10th and 11th Doctor for their bickering, not jumping to conclusions fast enough, them being themselfes etc. And I don't remember wether it was Martha or Bill but she and the Doctor were planning to visit Great Britain in the victorian ages and Martha or Bill remembers the Doctor that she might face racism and get into serious trouble. It is fair for a white man to not think of racism as he usually does not experience it. Misogyny is a similar topic. As a woman the 13th Doctor is more likely to experience misogyny than the 10th, so it's entirely possible that she is not taken seriously or something because of her sex, the 10th Doctor does not get it and she lectures him on the issue.
Someone like Doomcock would see a scene like this as a woman degrading a man for being a man, while I see it as one incarnation of the Doctor correcting, informing or calling out another incarnation.

All my reactions to this video:
1. Yes, our mind was blown by series 12, but because of a completely different surprise.

If Jodie goes to lecture David Tennant about his mistakes, that's actually fair, he's the one who became the Timelord Victorious, wanted to let the citizens of Pompeii die, and there are many more things that he did that weren't right. If any Doctor actually DESERVES to be lectured, it's David's Doctor.
3. No, the previous Doctors weren't toxic (maybe the First Doctor at times, it's debatable), but they DID all make mistakes as well. But so did Jodie. It's part of the Doctor's character. If, for example, Tom Baker just decided to blow up the Daleks, then Genesis wouldn't have had a conflict.
4: 9:17 - If this had been the case, official pictures would already have been leaked by #dwsr and we ALL would know of the scene in question.
5. Dr. 13 was completely in the right with that comment to Ryan's dad.
6. Completely correct on the callsheet information. I have been extra in a local soap opera and I have seen callsheets and no, there weren't any sides with those ones, but the scene descriptions and the actors/characters needed for these scenes were indeed mentioned.
7: Doomcock also most likely doesn't take off his mask, because he damn well knows that if he were to come outside once we have seen his face, he would not survive it.
8: 15:43 - Well, Tennant is friends with Whittaker, so IF this were real, he would most likely do it because he wants to support a friend.
