I noticed this too. If I disagreed with someone on the right, I was wrong. If I disagreed with someone on the left, I was a terrible, pathetic person who needed to be censored.
Because the left identifies as the group that “truly cares about people.” So naturally if you disagree with them, you’re simultaneously “not caring about people.”
My grandfather is a conservative fundamentalist Christian, and in my opinion, undiagnosed autistic. He sees the world in black and white, no middles. He can't seem to comprehend that difference in perspective exists. I think both ends of the political spectrum can be wild, when they are followed by wild people. I myself am very conservative, but in his mind I'm just another tree-hugging hippy. Both sides of politics are equally capable of thinking in boxes, and being close minded.
I'm anthropologically a Kennedy Liberal...ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country. The left have completely gone off the rails
@@Shambagawhat do you mean by "there's nothing equivalent to that from the left" ? Didn't you read what the original comment said? When you disagree with the left you get cancelled. The people on the left are basically saying "if you don't agree with me then you deserve to die"
Perhaps those mentioned on the Left & Right were not schooled on how to think. Generational brainwashing by academia, politics and media have been successful in dividing us.
I never saw myself as either a conservative or a liberal. It wasn’t until I started voicing my opinions that society automatically placed me in the conservative box. I find this to be true for many people because I’ve seen a lot of people who’ve written about similar experiences.
I was conservative, but kinda drifted towards the middle/left in some issues. Still would be classified as conservative which is interesting with the plenty of disagreements I have. Politics is oddly treated as black and white when it's really not. Rather it's black and white, and everywhere in between.
You're also considered a "terrorist" and "white supremacist" if you dare disagree with them on anything. You're automatically a heretic and they must burn you at the stake, in the name of love and tolerance. 🤪🙃
Freedom of speech is freedom to offend, as there is nothing more free than being able to voice your opinions in spite of the system wanting you to shut up.
The problem, as I see it, too, too many people don't know how to still themselves...know how to truly listen. For any discussion to have worth and synergy, there has to be the open willingness to listen to other ideas. Otherwise, the participants are only hearing their own respective voices and nothing else.
I agree to a point. Intending hate, fear, and manipulation will never lead to a strong culture. Free speech is like individual cells in a human body interacting with each other. You’re free to express anything that won’t harm the whole body, but of course there’s cancer cells whose ‘speech’ does nothing but kill the patient. Consistent poisonous speech is death to any cultural organization.
Someone recently wrote to me that he thinks freedom means the right to get rid of someone who who is considered a menace. He used it in the context of your home or business as he said it's part of the US Constitution. I suppose that's why they popped off Jesus.
Correct. Anyone claiming anything they don't like is "hate speech" is essentially saying "i have such a monopoly on morals that I can decide what you can and can't say, and you have no say in that. Your morals are invalid and mine are superior" and where does that get you?

I've worked both in private sector and public sector. I've experienced big corporate culture as well as government culture. This video is 100% accurate. The culture has gone mental. Pretty pathetic actually.
Until we rise up, as directed by Jefferson in the preamble of the Declaration, and "...replace it with one that will..." This is fixable if We the People" seriously enough want it to be fixed. As an observer of behavior, I sadly have to say, people seem to love bitching about, more than stopping to think how to fix it, let alone willing to fix it.
It's not so much pathetic as it is frightening. So many companies and organizations are adopting DEIB departments in order to give the workforce the warm fuzzies that their opinions will be heard and that they will be respected and welcomed as a vital part of the organization. These soon evolve into the same restrictive barriers and chains which are mentioned here which suppress creativity, personal freedom and free expression. Anyone outside of the LGBTQ+ cabal and the climate change alarmists are ferreted out, labeled, and segregated from the rest of the workforce, which accomplishes the exact opposite from what the DEIB department was designed to do. These excluded employees are labelled as dangerous and unwelcomed for not fitting into the new "inclusive" values of the company, and eventually asked to leave.
I'm an ascetic hippy and this woke cult drives me crazy. I resonate a lot with what Jordan said in the beginning of this video, I never expected to be grouped together and to be able to talk better with conservatives than with those who call themselves liberals.
Oh the irony! I've had to watch what I say when around Christians my entire life! My older brother's a Reverend and entire family very Religious. They'll flat out tell you you're going to burn in H for eternity if you say the wrong thing. I wouldn't pat myself on the back so much about your new friends JP. Welcome to reality.
You've nailed it there, my standpoint entirely. I feel alienate from the liberal people I associate with and it scares me how that they can't/won't see Woke for the manipulative and destructive force that it is.
I'm on the same boat as JP. I'm not a conservative person. I'm very much open and accepting. But ideologically and metaphysically there's just truths and things that are productive and virtuous. These are traditional values and ways of living. It's better for everyone, including the outcasts, if done in a balanced way.
Either you obey the Cult or you become their enemy (they'll call you a Right Wing Christian Conservative extremist regardless of what you really are). We just don't share the same dictionary with them anymore.
im generally curious - what do you mean with traditional values being productive and virtuous? i feel like just now do people get a chance to behave accordingly with their true selves. How would traditional values in practice be better for everyone when historically it has never been the case? Despite many flaws with current social system (like the raising stratification) it has literally never been better for the masses (both materialistic and moral wise). I am talking about the western world ofc
although i have not experienced communism myself, i too am from a post soviet country so those ideas are close and ever surrounding the debate. Capitalism indeed makes people "richer" but it obviously has its limits, which are taking shape right now - westerners can enjoy the riches of capitalism at the sake of slave labour across the globe, which sooner or later will be cut short (climate change and mass exploitation of the earth might play a huge role - mass climate migrations are about to start). What's more the distribution of wealth is getting more and more unequal, proving that the rich get richer, but it does not neccesary mean that the poor get their piece of the cake (even on national scale, not to mention worldwide). Long story short - global capitalism does not balance itself, despite what theoretics assumed for years. This being said, i had the idea that we were talking more about cultural changes, not economical ones, I am all for personal freedom of expression, based on tolerance and i think that conservative values only benefit the majority that wont stand out - and the core of democracy is to follow the majority, but consider the minority (otherwise it would be tyranny of the many)

My grandparents played their own musical items at home in the 1920's. I was born in 1973. Very few people play their own instruments at home now, it was a family thing pre-1940's. Sick of music from the 2000's onwards, I took up the harmonica. For a small musical item its helped me emotionally, physically and mentally. And still does. I just have to use my breathe..... As a conservative, I feel I am now leaning toward classic liberalism. All of the intellectuals and talking heads that I really pay attention to are classic liberals. It really is quite astonishing.
I try not to identify myself like this anymore. I'm just a human who wishes to make life easier for my future family and their future family. I want to make life easier for those around me because it makes it easier on me. I worry a lot about others, and even in my short life I've seen the decline of relationships in the real world. Saddening to think about, and if thought about for too long it can be quite maddening.
Yet by the same metric Jordan Peterson’s Benzo defective brain can’t wrap his head around the unintended consequences of radical conservatism in art. Produces garbage,
It's not a surprise that Dr. Peterson has moved to a more traditional view on certain subjects because his world is to heal, and healing is a matter of steering people to what works, what is reliable, what has long term success, what has been learned to be true. THAT IS WHAT IT MEANS TO BE CONSERVATIVE! Learn what works and "conserve" it. And on the point of the cultural orthodoxy, what is very telling to me is that ideologies with NO history of a proven truth or workable, or even right (ie. the many thousands of people who have gone through transition and are regretting that choice) is pushed out as if this is absolute, correct or even workable and ANY debate is immediately shut down. That is the style of the Nazie's, the Soviet Communists, or Mao's China, or North Korean leadership. Push it so fast no one has the chance to say "hey, wait a minute. Does this make sense?".
Well. Some of the ideas have never been tried in a European or North American setting. Many ideas have been working in Eastern countries for generations. When one says "conservative eastern", you could take it to mean taoist or some sort of socialist. Its been used for so long - thats just the accepted way of doing it. Traditional is only as good as the underlying resources that support it. If the world is at peak oil, conservative is the single worst thing to try to maintain or expand upon. 1,000 civilians want their space picnic on the moon at 2 million pounds fuel per trip? It was always a titan dream. The 1,000 space picnicer will force Peterson to give up his combustion car to cover the expenses faster than ones using fuel to survive. Capitalism often ending up in that Titanic end.
You are using Conservative in the wrong definition and re-writing history. The 1 st time its is used Is in 1500s during the Elizabeth 1 era . Bishop Richard Hooker he defined as National Conservatism . To Give Britain a National religious Identity because of the transition from Catholic to Anglican . And how the Old Ideas especially the Monarchy could still work under the new religion. Then the Rebutable of that in the 1600s with John Locke . What is known as Classical Liberalism Locke drawing from his Calvinist roots . To promote that the State didn't need to Govern religion . And that All People are created equal under God and therefore all are Equal under the Law. Refutes Divine -Right of the Monarchy or a institution Such as the Church . WHich then our Founding Fathers took a step further , To promote that the State didn't need to Govern religion and Religion didn't need to govern the State.
@@roboparks You have gone to a definition adopted for a political discussion, I am using a common literal definition. To conserve... to preserve from loss or decay or injury. And then logically to conserve what is good, what works. So a conservative is one who acts on this. My despair is about what’s become of “good” English, proper grammar, vocabulary, etc. I hear “must have went” or “could ‘of’ did it” coming from news reporters, everyone. It’s become rare to hear someone say “I think”; it’s almost always “I feel”. Even those criticizing the woke, feelings-based culture have managed to adopt the perpetual phrase “I feel like…”. I THINK this is the dumbing down of language. That’s a THOUGHT, not a feeling. Do we still have think tanks, or have they become feeling tanks?

I think it's important to become bilingual between the languages of thought and feeling. Thought is a cold, exacting scalpel. You use it when you have something very specific to say, usually at the risk of being parochial and pedantically over-fixated on the wrong things. Feeling, by contrast, is a hot, thunderous hammer. You use it when you have something very general to say, usually a value you want to express and champion. Feelings are expressed often at the risk of oversimplifying the world, thereby leading to an inability to ever make real progress in dialogue with one's opposition. So there's a push and a pull going on here. We often start from the broad intuitions of our feelings, and then try to get at any deeper reasons that might justify those feelings using our reason. When this relationship is toxic, we enslave reason to our passions, relegating it to the role of daily confirmation bias. When this relationship is healthy, we begin a dialogue between our reason and our passions, where reason accepts its liability to become pretentious and pedantic, and the passions accept their liability to paint in such large brushstrokes that all the important complexity of the world is washed out.

I consider myself to be relatively fundamental in my Christian faith (I avoid the term 'fundamentalist', because I don't understand the 'accepted' definition at this time of history). I think the reason partly that Peterson can have robust debates with those who have a fundamental view of their faith is that : 1. We tend to debate rigorously amongst ourselves, from scriptures to society. We often disagree, but we realise, for the most part, it must still be done in love and with a sense of fairness. 2. There is room for debate within our faith, so to listen to, and debate others, is a natural expression of ourselves. 3. If we are sincere, we know we are required to love those we disagree with. If they are unsaved, we recognise that the souls of the unsaved are precious to God - for we were also once unsaved - people have intrinsic value to God.

I 100% agree that it’s annoying to watch every word. It’s also annoying when things are renamed because they apparently use offensive language. The most recent example in my domain (software engineering) was a version control system (called Git) that renamed the “master” branch to “main”. Now, I wouldn’t really object to that if it wasn’t for the _reasons_ they did it. Saying the word “master” is offensive because of slavery is outright stupid. I remember someone asking in a programming language forum if they rename the master branch as Git intends. The overwhelming answer was: “No, this is just a political plot.” I was so happy to see reasonable people not falling for a loud-minority demand.
Wow. I have huge memory issues now but that Master to Main thing on Git is something I've noticed now that you mention it. Never put two and two together that it was SJW appeasing BS.

Artificial Conundrum Values are hard to overlook when it comes to the potential of someone being a friend. Next would probably be beliefs because both of these determine how a person acts in the world. And these two things can’t lie because the action will be incongruent with the professed values/beliefs. Social avatars are artificial and they’ll lead to artificial trust, artificial friendships…on and on as the future unfolds. There’s not much balance in the online world. That’s why we see fringe ideas sweeping social media like fire but when they manifest in the real world, those fringe ideas tank at the box office, tank corporations, and basically devour themselves (you saw this coming). They took on an artificial life which had no real world value. Selah. Many things can act as a substitute for the real thing. I think that poses some amount of danger. What's the plumb line and will it be tainted with untruths as well? They're saying now that the government needs to implement checks and balances for what's real and what isn't - God help us all if that's the case. Artificial Intelligence is altogether a different kind of beast that spews half truth, half lie and it will not discern properly for you which it’s speaking; and what part of the truth is a lie, and what part of the lie is truth is unknown. It’s the serpent in the garden whispering in the human's ear, ‘Surely, you will not die’… It spoke a half-truth. But doesn't that, like leaven, make the whole lump a lie? Friendship cannot be properly cultivated over social media, in my opinion. We forge allies - which in turn have the potential to become friends if taken into real world contexts. I could be wrong about this. True relationship/friendship is reciprocal but also observational - real world observation not digital observation. Regardless, if it’s easy to walk away, you don’t have much. If a relationship is easy to maintain, ask yourself what exactly you have, and what that person wants from you. Chances are, if you are putting in no effort, but you consider them a great friend, they have other intentions or ulterior motives in mind. Or that person is really a good person but you’re displaying narcissistic traits. Because that’s the only kind of relationship a NP wants; zero effort but all the love, praise and attention with no challenge or criticism. Artificial life is online, but ‘they’ will go to great lengths to change our mind about that, to accept it as the most real thing. They will even - eventually - change the name ‘artificial intelligence’ so as to mask the lie. An image behind the image. It will be renamed Super Intelligence or something of the like. “The Singularity has happened, we no longer have artificial intelligence but a new species of Super Intelligence!” When AI has gained rights by law, ‘artificial’ will be a hate crime to speak, punishable in a court of law. You wait :-P

Sorry to spoil the end of a historical event, but it goes from anarchist to full authoritarian in a single night. It makes perfect sense to be able to communicate with ppl who accept reality as it is and are less likely to be perpetually trapped in a childish, eccentric ideology bought about by cowardice and an innate lack of self discipline!
I believe one of the reasons for the difficulty is that the person you are talking to internalizes any statement of criticism, whether it be of society, the conduct of another, the reason someone close to them chose to do something that seems to you to be wrong for them. Because they take it and internalize it it becomes a criticism of themselves and they either react passionately or they go silent and refuse to engage in any discussion.
You're describing unstable, highly volatile narcissism; people who have no inherent stability and require, or even demand, the acceptance and approval of others as a form of stabilization. It's all about them to such a degree, that any deviation is seen as life threatening, and requires an almost panic response because it's seen as a life or death moment. Any single word, any action, even a look or body language... _anything_ can be perceived as a threat to them. To me this comes across as dramatically infantile. This can be managed if it is an actual infant, but it becomes very dangerous when it's in a full grown adult.

More importantly they need structure. Creatives are being held hostage by their marxist sponsors/masters, and most of them probably aren't even aware of it.
As a creative person this is interesting. I think this type of approach simply results in a certain type of creativity, something very fascinating happens when there are no boundaries but its not for everyone..
Here's a great example of freeing yourself. Once you understand that the "State" and "Government" are just words created by people, coming into mundane manifestations by people helps free people sometimes with their thinking that they are slaves to other people's thinking. If you don't care if you are going to get what people call "Cancel Cultured" by another individual, then you have power. If you have greater knowledges like martial arts, how to discern and critical thinking skills, knowing the laws and how to use them, communication skills and many others, then you can use them on others who try to implement their so-called "Will" upon you. Some may say you have to abide, cause I'm the "State." You take that person to court and see how fast their I'm the "State" nonsense is going to hold up in court if they are breaking laws. Big thing is you can't be afraid of other people's nonsense, narcissistic ideologies/thinking and cancel cultureing. You take the bull by the horns and say what you want, be what you want, do what you want without doing harm and don't be afraid if others are offended. You think those others are going to care if you're offended? Absolutely not. There is then no reason to care or think how they are going to feel. These people come and do business as one wants to call it with you, then they better be ready on how you do business and quit acting like a sensitive Susan about how you are when they do business with you. If they don't like you, then they don't need to be around you.

I thought about this the other day... Imagine creating a cultural inheritance whereby children were taught to garden, and at a certain age when they clearly understand language, you give them a plant they have to take care of their whole life, or, if it's a non-invasive plant that is indigenous, until it matures to the point it can be planted in the wild. This would teach them how to nurture living things and to honor and respect the sacred duty to protect and serve life.
By definition, a republic is a representative form of government that is ruled according to a charter, or constitution, and a democracy is a government that is ruled according to the will of the majority.
quite simply, culture creates art. art, like thought and products, are a free market. anything else is propaganda, I.E. art creates culture, politics creates speech, and the government creates economics more commonly called totalitarianism.
The power of the word is our ultimate proof of expression...our ultimate expression of democracy. That said, it comes with major responsibility:..not to, as it were, scream "fire" in a crowded theatre, but the absolute adherence to the Truth of Science. To be Human, one must continually learn as much as one can. AND, all exploration should be predicated upon goodness and love.
Traditional values and religious values were always held in the highest viewpoints by schools, government and society for centuries in almost every country. Today in first world countries the traditional values and religious values are being treated as wrong or oppressive... resulting with backwards evolution.
That’s not how the free market works lmao. If you had a true free market there would be 2 “products” of art to purchase from, and odds are they would be cheap and suck. You dogmatic conservatives are so blinded by your fat stomachs you don’t get that conservative propaganda, or liberal propaganda is what destroys art. Art can be a product of culture, or it can not. There’s no “box” to put that in. And believe me if there was we’d have nothing but daily wire failed movies to watch all day.
@@haydenwayne3710 i disagree on some points actually. democracy and government in general, is only of value to human experience in so far as it affects it. which, as it where, must remain virtually null else you find yourself in the tyranny of totalitarianism. on that point, human growth is limited both to individual potential and within the subjects relevant to the individual. science only has value so long as it expands human potential within the confines of current social need. once science leaves social need it becomes worthless, or even toxic. however this is not to say the direction of research will never have value, but rather to remember that life is about the day to day and the subjects of legitimate relevance.
No matter how one wishes to spin it, WE are the government. It says so in the instruction manual. Special interests have always been around and the FoundingFathers, as flawed as they may be considered by today's standards, created an intellectual hypothesis that considered the power of the word to be the greatest demonstration of democracy. The checks and balance created have ever since then been attempted to dismantle by the banks, the corporations and those who centralized financial power.
Excellent commentary from both. Like Peterson, I don't understand the thinking processes of the Left, and less often some of those on the Right, but I'll keep on trying to figure them out. Of course it's more complicated, since many of both sides are corrupt, and say what they think you want to hear, but that's not how they act!
Dude says when he moved out of the city into a smaller town, that's where he felt real freedom and free thinking could happen. And sure, it should be the case, less people equals less group think and less authority.. But that's not true. Try growing up in a small town where everyone knows everyone's business. Not much room for making even the most arbitrary decisions for yourself, if it happens to be against the hick town code.. Such as: You can drink alcohol and get violent but you better not smoke a plant that makes you calm.
Working in law something I often have to tell high conflict clients is (generally less blunt than this) "You won, now if you know what's good for you, you'll stop fighting". The tactical reasons are that: 1. You have to focus on more and more niche arguments to maintain any traction, and that increases your risk of losing the next time around. 2. You dilute your moral high ground. 3. You risk spoiling the opportunity to normalize relations with the other side and to stop being so adversarial. I really feel like this is what is happening with 3rd-wave feminism and racial studies. Having won legal equality for the races and sexes, the focus is now on equality of outcomes and transgender rights which the latter is very niche and as far as I can tell (not claiming to be an expert) the culture surrounding genders in that world (other than strictly male and female) are still developing. As to equality of outcomes, it's questionable whether that's even desirable for society at large. I now often wonder if the driving force behind the current movement is if it's that these groups have become institutionalized in politics, the educational system, Hollywood, and in corporate structures, and the people in these institutions are afraid that their influence and livelihoods rely on the culture war continuing. Where I think the truth of the matter is that there are always going to be some subset of the population that becomes disaffected and turns to racism and sexism to feel better about their failures. Enforcement is always going to be needed and is never going to go away. But with legal equality there's just as much danger of sexism and racism coming from anyone, and focusing on white men as the issue tends to tribalize people, which makes it easier to succumb to racism and sexism on all sides. And again, that seems counterproductive to me unless the goal is to keep the culture war going.
One source of problems is people trying to live like they see people doing in movies and other fictional works. Fictional stories require subject matter, so they have to have conflict inserted and usually some kind of romantic relationships and a lot of exaggerated emoting. So everyone in society sees in those fictional stories with people arguing a lot. Any romantic relationship in a movie will have the couple, at some point, yelling maniacally at each other, so people think that's what a romantic relationships are supposed to be like, so they imitate it. In reality though, if a person even once acted like that to another person and the person had any sense at all they would say "I didn't realize you have a severe emotional disorder and you obviously have no respect whatsoever for me so please never contact me again" and that would be the end of that relationship right there. People just can't differentiate between what works in fiction as entertainment and what's acceptable and reasonable behavior in real life. You need to realize that you're trying to actually live life, not entertain people watching you live life. It's two completely different and incompatible things.

Not everybody likes other people around them for long periods of time, and they sure don't want to have another person living their home. That's called "prison conditions". That's a major source of conflict right there.

I'm a classic conservative and I think my biggest problem with liberlisum is it's need to move you away from your family, your communities, your culture, your God/belifes and so on
Well it is just the extreme position to take if you are in rebellion of biblical (what many call traditional) beliefs. It is even happening with those who are on the 'right' as well, which is why nothing is really getting done to solve the issue. At the end of the day, we are called to engage in self control and to respect others. There is to be order for a society to work, and that order usually comes with sacrifice of one's pleasures. A big one being that the average person in western culture no longer sees any value in waiting until marriage to have sex, but now it is common place to indulge in sexual pleasure on a whim, and anything that calls that lifestyle into question is not attractive or acceptable to most people currently.

Everything Jordan says is just so relatable. I've been a near-center liberal for as long as I've known what that meant, and I never thought I'd be lumped in with conservatives either. But lately I find myself defending them more and more from leftist attackers. I never thought I'd see leftist oppression in my life, (so many leftists have had horrible things done to them; I would think they would know what it's like to be a victim of those things, and that they wouldn't do them to other people,) but here we are.
Excellent. Thank You Jordan and Christopher. Liberal cannot exist without Conservative. Everything is Binary. Opposite elements need each other, it is a matter of fragile balance.
The artist who attends to the universal won't be so stifled by the "correctness" as those who only operate within superficialities. The standard for what is classic never changes. Whatever works survive through the obstacles -- and maybe also whichever obstacles survive the tests of those works that might prove classic -- will hopefully prove universally relevant. Like a sonnet: freedom within constraint. The universal truth will prevail(we should hope).
I see how people can get offended so easily by what JP says. He has clearly thought about these topics for very long periods of time and has been able to condense the conclusions he has come to in so few words that its not enough for the listener to only take them at face value. He also is very factual and actually very rarely expresses his opinion rather expresses what the research suggests. My response to when JP gets hate is always dont shoot the messenger
I,m from 1966 and in high school they showed us this movie .soylent green At that age I didn't understand it ,I didn't care I was 12 years old .. Now I remembered and pfff I watched it a few times .

Conservative and Liberal, Left or Right, are purposefully false dialectics. The only paradigm that matters is the Individual vs the Collective.
I was conservative, but kinda drifted towards the middle/left in some issues. Still would be classified as conservative which is interesting with the plenty of disagreements I have. Politics is oddly treated as black and white when it's really not. Rather it's black and white, and everywhere in between.

I'm on the same boat as JP. I'm not a conservative person. I'm very much open and accepting. But ideologically and metaphysically there's just truths and things that are productive and virtuous. These are traditional values and ways of living. It's better for everyone, including the outcasts, if done in a balanced way.
Which is why you are now categorized as a "Far-Right Conservative"
Either you obey the Cult or you become their enemy (they'll call you a Right Wing Christian Conservative extremist regardless of what you really are). We just don't share the same dictionary with them anymore.
I feel the exact same
im generally curious - what do you mean with traditional values being productive and virtuous? i feel like just now do people get a chance to behave accordingly with their true selves.

So much truth and knowledge. I love listening to Jordan.
It's like I don't like, know what you mean. Do you like know what I like mean?

I think the reason partly that Peterson can have robust debates with those who have a fundamental view of their faith is that :

Artificial Conundrum
Values are hard to overlook when it comes to the potential of someone being a friend.
It’s the serpent in the garden whispering in the human's ear, ‘Surely, you will not die’…
It spoke a half-truth.
“The Singularity has happened, we no longer have artificial intelligence but a new species of Super Intelligence!”
When AI has gained rights by law, ‘artificial’ will be a hate crime to speak, punishable in a court of law. You wait :-P
I'm sorry to say you're right.

Once you understand that the "State" and "Government" are just words created by people, coming into mundane manifestations by people helps free people sometimes with their thinking that they are slaves to other people's thinking.
Yea, feel like it leaves out a lot of potential nuances.
Working in law something I often have to tell high conflict clients is (generally less blunt than this) "You won, now if you know what's good for you, you'll stop fighting". The tactical reasons are that:
Imagine being a real artist and someone sells a little dot for millions.
If not for taking the risk of saying something someone won't like, what is the point of having Freedom of Speech?
There's only one movie to watch, as it were, our own. We are the gameboy, we write the game. Responsibility ends with us. Don't ever forget, those who pride being Human, predicated upon learning all that's possible and continuing to be a solution, not the problem, are truly who are in power, if we awaken ourselves to this resolve. Thank you for responding
@@haydenwayne3710 BTW, another thing people make the mistake f imitating movies on is the idea that everybody has to be in a romantic relationship. Not everybody likes other people around them for long periods of time, and they sure don't want to have another person living their home. That's called "prison conditions". That's a major source of conflict right there.
2:08 I've read Christopher Rufu's works in the City Journal over the past few years. His articles are super interesting with thoughtful, articulate writing. I've learned a lot from reading his stuff.
“Being considerate is too much effort so I just won’t” - JBP
My favorite part of this video is when he claims he is not conservative because he is high in Openness and Christopher Rufo laughs because he thinks that must be a joke.
Don't sell yourself short because of other assholes. Don't ever forget, those who pride being Human, predicated upon learning all that's possible and continuing to be a solution, not the problem, are truly who are in power, if we awaken ourselves to this resolve. Thank you for responding
Don't walk on eggshells around anyone, ever. If you reject their ideology, don't follow it, don't play their games of control.
They're doing this all on purpose
Aren'y we all!

I believe balance is the key to harmonic relationships.
Yin and Yan. Very simple design but harboured deep philosophy and wisdoms.
I will be a student of that until the day I died.

100% agree. All the best.
Bless you!

Yes, each of us around the world do our little parts and drive for harmonic relationships. Many good things will come about. I believe it will happen.
There are 2 of us at the moment. Anyone else want to join us? :)
The things I always sensed but couldn't seem too verbalize.
Ive just stopped caring if i offend these people.
Im responsible for my feelings... not yours.
Excellent. Thank You Jordan and Christopher. Liberal cannot exist without Conservative. Everything is Binary. Opposite elements need each other, it is a matter of fragile balance.
its easier to talk to fundamentalists because you share their views Jordan.
Ideologies instead of reasoning. It always leads to disaster.
I’ve gotten tired of calling myself a conservative, I now refer to myself as a traditional thinker, it confuses some folks.
The Lion and Fox analogy lit my eyes.
it made less sense than the phrase 'lit my eyes'
Earth 2 is fucking weird
I,m from 1966 and in high school they showed us this movie .soylent green
At that age I didn't understand it ,I didn't care I was 12 years old ..
Now I remembered and pfff I watched it a few times .
