Çan the peely base also be used with the dip system?

I apply the Peely Base under the tips and then you can do whatever you want over them, but I wouldn't use the gel Peely Base under dip base itself. If you do the gel method with dip powder, you can do it with the Peely Base under. I hope this makes sense 🫶🏻
