15:47 I guess they're connected in the sense that both franchises feature characters that are canonically toys (Pooh and friends are supposed to be plush toys that Christopher Robin brings for adventures. Also there's a bit of a running gag about Pooh ripping tears on himself and needing to be stitched up. )
When “dreams of imagination” unit was reimagined, it was removed from once upon a dream a few months prior to Magic on Parade and replaced with a basic float. So this probably gave them time to move the drivers seat since it was originally in the moon.
I think its worth to note that despite Disneyland Paris attendance numbers never really showed its true expected numbers since its opening, the resort manage to gain profit at least since 2017 but 2020 came. Paris already announced they're planning a new parade and night time show, however the pandemic like to ruin things and yes, Once Upon a Dreams Parade wins!
I think the sudden profits after 2017 was due to Disney buying Paris that year and moving numbers around to make it look like they did some good with their investment. In fact it wasn't long after that the news arose that Disney was making stuff up on their financials.

Would love to see a full video on the trio of pixar parades but mostly pixar play parade
Trio? I can only think of 2, Pixar Play and Countdown to fun, both of which have videos hopefully coming out in the near future.
Actually I can think of two more block party bash and the pixar water play street party
