It was the last one. I remember. And I had it in my cart, but they came in and took it! I fought for it, nail and tooth, but they got it. Dumb romper. Didn't want it anyway. (I'm still stalking them to get it back).
When Jason was “romping” up and down at the outro of the video, I instantly thought of a three-year-old boy we have in Nursery. We’ve seen that facial expression before. Very genuine!
In high school band we did a white elephent gift exchange, and one of the gifts was in a chips bag from the cafeteria. I assumed they had just forgotten to wrap whatever it was, so I chose it. Turns out they forgot to get a gift at all, and inside was pasta salad from lunch that day. Keep in mind that this was an after-school event at like 7 or so, meaning the pasta salad had been sitting unrefridgerated in a chips bag for 7 hours. It stank and would probably give you food poisoning. Sufficed to say no one else wanted it.
This was one of the better sketches in this year's Christmas special. I'm kind of annoyed the Christmas Shoes one didn't make the cut. I thought that was the best.
Tongue twister idea: Come one come all, King Kong is kidnapping kittens! King Kong is killing kittens? I can’t comprehend why a candid man as him would come out so crass after his college years. Doesn’t he have a knack for kittens considering his extensive kindred with their kissable fists and feline whiskers? Well he did until Keith the Cutest kitten of them all cut through all his carrot candy and cried out “keep on cackling but I’m back and ready for action” while kicking his ankles causing cankles to form in the most cantankerous shape.
I always hated that someone could “steal” your gift. If you chose a good cool gift then in the end you could be stuck with a crapy one. For me it’s what I picked and what I picked I want to keep. Just doesn’t seem fair to me.
I understand this sentiment, but I still think it is a good idea, as it acts as a deterrent to people automatically hogging the best stuff. It smooths out the rift. It also keeps the event more interesting, as there is an element of strategy there. Though it is not a perfect method. It also encourages sneak attacks, which isn't ideal in a team setting. A better alternative would be to sign up for a secret santa event and having participants paired up, gifting each other. The less each participants knew each other at first, the better. Though it needs more time to execute (from the moment of the sign up to the moment of the gift exchange, at least 7 days).
I hate white elephant gifts, always get shafted. Heck this year my wife’s staff party did it and she ended up with a dead fish, no joke it died between arrival and opening the gift
White elephants were used as "poisoned gifts" to people who got on the ruler's bad side. They were intended to be draining, as elephants need a lot of food and water and albino ones need extra care, as they are more sensitive. Shelter, upkeep (someone would have to care for the elephant, and to clean his excrements, etc) and one would have to keep attention to the elephant's health, as letting him/her die would be considered a great offense to the ruler, as not only they were expensive to purchase, but were gifted by the leader himself! They were so expensive to keep, that they could lead a giftee to ruin overtime.
They do one of these every few years, and it gets worse every time. Remember Matt's trauma with the painting? THAT was a white elephant gift exchange sketch.
Love how Jason is just making half the cast break character when he's climbing over the couch.
That’s when I laughed the hardest.
Including himself!
HHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA OMG
I thought he was just going to do elevated lunges, but didn't realize he was trying to crawl over the couch.
I bet someone saw this in the store and were like "Y'all I could probably make a really dumb, funny sketch out of this"

4:00 loved the reference to their previous white elephant sketch. “It’s Christmas” 💖
I am so happy they were all wearing one at the end!
They were too.
They weren't. They were all just holding one.
Me too. Kind of a wholesome ending. Nice change of pace.
SAME! now i want one
I know she will never see this but I am so happy to see Austin again. She just brought me so much joy, glad to see her again.
Agreed, happy she is still on the cast
Jason popping out from behind the couch 😂
And trying not to laugh while posing. 😂
Great to start the day with Studio C!

☹️
Bummer, but at least you got a fun story to tell out of it! :D
This is literally the best channel ever😂
Jason's delivery at 2:47 is incredible, the way he transitions from joking to intense is so well done. 👏
It’s always a good day when Studio C uploads!
I cried I was laughing so hard! "Guess you don't want it now!" XD
I've seen it, and I still have no idea what a romper is. The little voice in my head is telling me I don't want to know either.
it’s just a shirt attached to shorts🌻
It's a onesie for babies....but this one is for men!!!
This was one of the better sketches in this year's Christmas special. I'm kind of annoyed the Christmas Shoes one didn't make the cut. I thought that was the best.
White Elephant games are always do funny! I just had one with my youth group today
Strangely satisfying to see them all in it at the end. 😆
Listen that romper is exactly what my parents wanted so I NEEED IT GIVE IT
NGL, i totally wear that romper as a joke
“Foolish woman, did you think I wouldn’t want your funny little gift? Don’t you see, I am a MAN and a silly one! Gimme this”
I asked my Mom what a romper for men was and she just stared at me concerned. True story.
This sketch makes me laugh so hard every time I watch it!🤣🤣🤣🤣
It was uploaded 13 minutes ago
The high pitched laughing at the end 😂
Really great and funny sketch guys!!
Now I wish I had that Nintendo Switch too! It would be the greatest Christmas miracle ever!
Amazing that such desirability is attached to a nearly 7 year old console. The Switch is a great product.
I love white elephants gifts
“This actually is really comfy” 😂
This was a good one!
Jason's "oops"!! 🤣
That was hilarious. 😂
Actually a good sketch
I love yall videos
Jason still got it!
How is this the best video I've ever seen with the new cast?
That was so funny I'm glad Jason is still in studio c I like the old ones better especially Matt

You know, it would be funny if they pinned this comment... as a _JOKE_
it would be sooo funny 😅
Where does one purchase that romper for real?
Who is suppose to be in that empty chair, i got to knowwwwwwwwwww
Where did you get them
YES😂
OMG SNL could learn a lot from this show
I've never heard of a romper before. If it's a "romper for men" does that mean it's normally worn by women or children?
Normally for little kids but I guess there adult versions as well.
@@can-i-go-nowit’s very common with adult women too. It’s only stigmatized against adult guys which is a shame bc they look crazy comfy
Can I get one on Amazon
Kinda funny 😂
Who wore it best?
That was a very funny holiday sketch!
P.S. Can you guess send me the Nintendo switch?
🤣
Ask Santa.
Let's be realistic
What the heck even is a romper?
It like a jumpsuit
@@BUGGO4956So when did these become a thing?

And the reason they aren't in the merch store is because...?
AS A JOKE!
but you could play Palia with that Nintendo Switch...

Even Jason Gray is a good sport at this game other than Matt Meese was.
They do one of these every few years, and it gets worse every time. Remember Matt's trauma with the painting? THAT was a white elephant gift exchange sketch.
Haven't watched SC since the year the original cast left, decided to give it a chance now... Oh, well...
I don't know half the people in this sketch
A.lws
I dont like gift bags. So lazy.
