I have received a conditionally offer, it say you need to pay 50% fees and show 5000£ sponsored funds, what should i do, this is a thing which i cannot do, as i am completely dependent on the scholarship. Can we get any unconditional offer without paying anything to the university?

Usually Chevening puts some upper limit on the fees to be covered. I think this year they have mentioned 22000 pounds, but you can contact the Chevening committee to assist you on this mainly 22000 pounds will be paid and the rest is on you.
