I completely understand your dilemma. It’s not in your control and not in your contract and the venue is being held hostage by local government controls. I never expected the employee base I hire from being paid to stay home and given no incentive to work. Between rising cost of goods and lack of employees we have cut 40% of our business this year. Keep fighting the good fight and we will get through this!
Granger I think it’s speaks volume the fact that you took time to explain your situation. At the end of the day you are providing income for your staff as well, I would hope people understand where you are coming from. Like you said it’s kinda out of your control at this point. I understand completely on the venue issue, I'm in a situation where my Dr has advised I pretty much not take any medications for a good while, as I've got something he's watching, so knowing you hear the concerns is great, and honestly, more than a lot of artists today.
