Practice and good mattirials is the only way and this isn't a real skill . The real skill is to draw from your head without references . Well you cant just do it without taking first those references its a muscle memory you have to train it every day to be good at drawing . Talent is needed only to be creative . Basically there is no talent in drawing its hard work . I always drawed better than my classmates not cuz i had talet for it they don't have enough patience when they fail to do something . Its the same as to be good at math u have to practice a lot . If you are stupid you wont be able to learn anything . Good artists are smart people .
