- Hello and welcome back to my channel! How are you?
I've had a lot of people ask me if I can give them some advice on how to become Cabin Crew so I thought I would share my assessment day advice and experience with you. This video is fairly long so maybe sit down with your favourite snack and a cup of tea and listen to me ramble on!
I have tried to be general with the advice instead of focusing on one companies assessment day format etc.
Everything that I say is my own opinion and not that of my employer!
If you have any more questions please don't be afraid to ask me, I will be more than happy to help you! You can either post in the comments below or you can private message me on my instagram.

EDIT, I HAVE EDITED THIS VIDEO AS I FELT IT WAS TOO LONG AND RAMBLED ON ABOUT NOTHING SO THIS IS A RE-UPLOAD
I just came across your channel by literally searching BA cabin crew. When i’m 18, i want to do an apprenticeship with BA so fingers crossed if I work hard, i’ll get it
Amazing episode Chole I enjoyed it a lot , you are such a wonderful person , I'm going for an open day in Luxor soon and I will take your tips in consideration ,and I hope for you the best in your life thank you for your help .
The airlines now are not bothered about showing your personality through what you wear. If you don’t wear formal business attire they turn you away x many airlines such as Ryanair have a specific checklist for you to wear for assessment day x
Thanks for the great advise. Assessment day for VA tomorrow! 🙏🏼
Thank you for making this video, it's been quite helpful. I have my assessment day on Monday so fingers crossed I get it! x
I have my assessment day tomorrow and I’m so nervous but this is so helpful! Fingers crossed 🤞🏽xx
Laura Sykes Good luck! Please let me know how you get on! Xx
Laura Sykes if you don’t mind me asking how did your assessment go? ❤️
Loved your video!🥰 I have a question. Do you have to have at least a one year experience of customer service in your CV?
Hi Chloe i had an my assessment day on Saturday, it was my first ever one however i was kept all day to the one on one. i just want to know now hehe, your video was great :)
Ross Fay hey! That’s great to know! Well done! & thank you so much!
hey chloe, could you please do a video about the training process? x
I have a question: during the reach test of open day does it count to reach it with tiptoes? Hope you reply! Thank you 🙏🏻
Franco & Joanna hi! feet have to be flat on the floor x
A bit late but do you need to go to collage or uni to be cabin crew for British airways
thanks for this video, im gonna apply for a job at rather tui or virgin atlantic.
Hey! Great video. I did my online assessment 11 days ago and still haven't heard anything back from BA. Do they notify you even if you haven't passed the online assessment?
Thanks this cool and helpful video lovely , it’s so nice
PATRICK FLIGHT REPORT no worries! Thanks for watching 😁
@@ChloeTownsend it is a big help for me because i will be a cabin crew in England so it is a big thing for me.. many thanks
Hey Chloe, you say you started training in June. What month did you put your application in/have your assessment day? I have my assessment day at the end of this month!
Abbey Sutton hi love! I applied on 15th December 2017 and had my AD 15th Jan, found out I got the job 18th of jan x good luck with it!!
Did you have to do a maths test at your assessment day? Was it difficult? I heard that they are about currency exchange and percentages
Daniela Neto I didn’t have to do one at mine! It was a while ago though!
Is 1h 30 mins a too long of a commute? Im unable to move closer
Chloe Jade I don’t think so. Lots of people commute! It just depends on how much you’d be willing to leave early if you have an early report! For example I’m 40 mins away but allow a hour for the bus too. If I have a 5:15 report I’ll wake up at 3:15, leave at 4:00. If you are far away you might be waking up super early!
Chloe Townsend can I ask a question I’ve just passed my level 2 English functional skills and have maths level 1 functional skills I work on a steam train I’m a ticket inspector customer based tourism if you want to go that far my customer service is fantastic I’m very safety conscious but try to do it in a softly way I’ve had loads of compliments about my attitude do you think that would stop me from doing it and I always go the extra mile for my customers
This is so amazing! I got a virtual assessment day tomorrow. This has helped so much and calmed me down 😊
What about men’s my assessment day coming soon who’s with me
jay domn keep me updated!
