If anyone's having this problem, it happened to me because of an app installed from a store that isn't google play (in my phone called palm store) an app with no icon on my launcher was installed and it keeps sending me pop up annoying apps, to fix it I went to that store, i checked in the "installed apps" found that little $hit, and removed it

@@lochandas2589 check the other app stores on your phone, you might find app stores you never used, they probably are there by default with the phone mine was called "palm store", you open the store, and search through settings for apps recently downloaded (within the store itself)
