Just saw your video about your VAP tuned F-Type R, I’ve got a 2017 R and am planning on going through them. A few questions, Did you go through the whole kit, (upper and lower pulley, intake, exhaust and tune?) How happy were you with the end results? And finally, what was the reliability like after adding all that extra power? Thanks, the forums have some conflicting info and most testimonials of people I ask are from the V6 owners.
It was a VelocityAP lower pulley, the race cats or "down pipes'', BMC air filters and 93 octane tune. I absolutely loved the car and there are zero issues running that platform with extra power. I would not recommend dual pulley as you will create too much heat. Remove the engine cover, splash gaurds above suspension struts and buy a F-Type SVR bonnet heat shield to protect the paint from engine heat. You will love the extra torque and power. Roughly 90hp 90tq
