With Lori they should have taken a contingent deal which allows them to do research and figure out the lowest price they can manufacture and therefore sell the mailbox. If that new price is acceptable to Lori the deal goes forward and if not, she can walk away .... since that was the only objection ... it was easy for them to overcome!
