@@SuperMarie19 I don’t have that disc and I’m not seeing it in the US. I wonder if it would work to use the lasagna disc and then use a cookie cutter to create shapes from the flat dough. Or even use a knife and cut rectangles!

Yes it would work that way. I also have lasagna disc and cut it manually with the cookie cutter.
