I would like to see how an animal communicator like Laura and a dog rehabilitator like Cesar Millan would complement in working together. I'd be great if she could visit the dpc in his ranch.
That was exactly why I am here...After seeing so much of Cesar and coming back to Laura...I feel its a bit of cross purposes here...as if they are on different tracks
@@alicengreyshe is definitely more into listening to them, but notice how she told the dog that her human is in charge. She has said in other videos that animals feel safer when they know that their person is the leader.
I wish I had the means to hire a pet communicator for my dogs. I have so many questions for, and concerns about my dogs. I try so hard to communicate with them myself but can't seem to get that connection. I have questions about a dog I put down a couple of years ago as well. I really wish there was something I could do to communicate with them. I think it's just amazing that people are gifted with this ability.
Being around animals, never touch them on their backs like that right off. Especially when meeting them for the first time. You’re a stranger to them. Just like people you don’t know, don’t like strangers coming up to them & touching them in different places. Always let them smell your hand first & move slowly. I like your videos though😊. Im binge watching & thank you!!😊😊
I am in no way a psychic animal or human communicator in the traditional sense, as Laura is. I’m more of a sensitive that picks up on cues, sometimes a complete thought 💭 pops in my mind. I felt the annoyance factor go up when the male host knelt down, and all 3 of the humans were intently interested in what Smidge was saying. She seems to prefer nonchalant as her attitude. There are some dogs that have energies that are larger than life and get to her before they are even close by, and it throws off her peacefulness. Laura can probably validate this but, Smidge doesn’t feel like a little dog on the inside, and when other dogs or people treat her like a dainty little pup it really pisses her off, like “don’t treat me like a baby!” And 1 more thing, all though she likes being picked up by her mom, she makes sure to always tell her mom when it’s ok, they have a silent communication about it, she literally does not want to be picked up without being completely in control of it, she thought Laura was going to pick her up without asking first, she over reacted there when Laura tried turning her towards her lol.
Most of the animals are very relaxed around Laura. I think it was very good for Laura to ask Smidge why she was upset. I think it was a great lesson for owners and dogs both.
That’s Arthur! He is amazing. These videos under Animal Zone are apart of a greater show. Arthur’s show that he put together to feature animals and animal rescue. It has to be cut short because it’s just a segment in the show. Check it out! AnimalZone.org.
Little dogs are worried about being grabbed by bigger dogs. A bum sniff can turn into a bite. Who lets these tiny ones outside in the big hostile world?
Can we talk about how long Smidge's eyelashes are? Adorable, lol! I wonder how Smidge's behavior is now after two years.
I love that Smidge let you know that she thought the conversation was annoying, that was too cute. But then she did listen too. what a cutie.
I agree. Very good (:
The advice Laura gave Smidge is advice I (a human) need to follow! Thank you, Laura, for helping both Smidge AND me! 😊💚
Smidge needs a booster seat they have for little dogs 🤗
I'm gonna try this out when ppl are annoying during a work meeting. Lick and yawn and look away XD XD XD
You are hilarious!!! 😄 lol!....thanks for the laugh
hahaha 🤣🤣

Cesar is opposite Laura. He trains dogs based on hierarchy and control. Laura speaks to dogs heart-to-heart as equals.

4:17 - 4:31 you can tell she is communicating! Wow.
Yeah, totally. Right after Laura says, "Mom keeps you safe," Smidge turns her head to sniff Mom's hand.
Thank you, your work is so helpful & kind💜
I love the comment too about the conversation being annoying!🤣Silly girl!
Great work Laura
LOVE YOU!
This one helped me
Excellent. Thank you.

My favo on RUclips:)
Mine too. :-)
Licking, yawning and eye blinking are signs of stress and being uncomfortable.
This is true if they are fast and excessive. But they are signs of calming themself if done slowly. Just like us.

Great info! Thank you!
That host is always crowding the dogs.

She , like all of us , is annoyed by the lady's voice holy crap
Why is this guy there all the time? Can you be without him?
