Benefits good information about ma'am, mughe se bhi milk or US me jada sugar add Kar lene ko bolti h. Meri mother in law but mughe dono lene ka mud Nahi hota. But curd bahut achha lagta h. Vo bolti ki tu aapni mummy se bol Dena ki ghee or atte laddu khana. Kya is se hi milk Banta. Mughe ye sab khane mud Nahi. Mai paani dry fruits or unka sake or fruits achha lag ta. Jaisa aapne bataya same meri Dr. Advice deti. h.

Life Beautiful Hi... if your bmi is 32 that means ur obese. . it's better if you reduce your weight and then plan for baby ...
abhi aapka weight 72 kgs hai aur pregnancy me aap at least 10-12 kgs weight gain karoge hi... aapka weight 82-84kgs tak ho jayga use bad weight kam karna bohot mushkil hoga...aur obesity me normal ke chances bhi kam ho jate hai
