We grow white & yellow corn for Frito Lay, and we also grow soybeans.

My 7230 spreads like crap to. I've tried everything. I've been running my stationary knives in the half position to keep the residue a little thicker and not so fine. Seems to help not leave it so thick in the middle. My next machine will definitely have the old style disc spreaders.

Normal for whale tail, maybe open up more in the center or close, converted our 7250 to older 2388 spreader 100 fold better case engineer should of never did that whale tale garbage.
