Jeanie you find some wonderful things but my favorites are the 3 prints especially the one with the sheep. I think they were a fantastic buy at $10 each. Have a great week. Love and blessings ❤️❤️❤️
Ohhh my goodness!!! Both the art pieces & frames are stunning!! I'm obsessed! Art & grabbed like that just have my heart! While we were back in NC my MIL gave me an antique oval wood framed piece with the bubble glass that she inherited from her MIL!! Its called 'Children In The Garden'. She told me she has quite A few more in storage she's going to give me. Its not her style, shed knows i love them! So I'm excited about that for sure!! I've been seeing people buying old birdhouses, the larger ones, and decorating inside of them, so pretty! I'm hoping to maybe find one. The wire is neat! The wood piece is really neat.. love anything wood lately. The thrift store may be like from a church or churches, something like that and the proceeds support the church(s) I've seen a few of those here in our area. I would definitely google lens all the pieces. You can find out their age and worth, i google lens everything i get, and even in the store sometimes before i purchase it to see if its worth the price they're asking. We use google lens in our thrift store when we get donations, helps to know about the piece & how to price it. Love the old key! We were donated several large trash bags full of old silver serving pieces, silverware, lots of kitchen things. But in it I found a box with silver serving ware and in the bottom was a bunch of really old wood handled knives! I have them in one of my old bean pots. (I do get to keep some things😉) Really great haul, great prices too! TFS😊
Wow! Those pictures were fantastic as were the frames. The wooden piece you had was a hand carved Mancala Game board. I haven’t seen one that big in years. I play this game with my students. One as big as yours with the carving is worth $250 to $300. It was a great find!
This is why I love this channel! Thanks for letting me know! I had to look it up & learned so much about the game. It is said to be the oldest game! That's so cool! Thanks for the info!!!!🫶
Jeanne, I just watched your recent haul and oh my goodness, you did hit the mother lode. Those 3 pictures are beautiful. The frames are too. Also am interested to hear if anyone knows what the wooden tray was with the round indentions. Love your content and love your precious personality❤ Hope you are planning some road trips w/ hubby! Travel safely. See you on your next video!
