It was time for the journey back home. I was very fortunate to fly onboard this Malaysia Airlines flight that was painted in a special "Negaraku" livery. The aircraft was a 5 years old Boeing 737-800, 9M-MXS. It was quite fitting that this symbol of Malaysian pride would be my last flight from Malaysia before the pandemic took over the world.
I included a short compilation of some clips I took in the few days I spent in Kuala Lumpur as it was not enough to justify a video on its own. Anyway, we checked in swiftly at KLIA before proceeding through security so that we could explore the terminal. There was quite a lot of activity on the airside which kept me occupied for a while. At first, we were supposed to depart from Gate G10 but unexpected changes meant that we would have a better glimpse of the aircraft pulling in from the cafe. I was delighted when the special plane that arrived would be ours to fly. Boarding commenced at Gate G2L and I settled in Seat 22A. Shortly after, we pushed back from the gate, taxied to the runway and took off towards Singapore. Some light refreshments were served soon after takeoff and I didn't bother to interact with the IFE system. Before we knew it, our plane started to descend and we touched down in Singapore once again before parking at Gate E7 of Terminal 2. As we got our boarding passes earlier, we just simply headed towards our next flight which was at a different terminal. We had a short layover before we had to fly again. Thanks for watching and I'll see you in the next one :)

Yeah G/H is for international flights while A/B is for domestic flights. Just their way of differentiating the two.

Don’t judge. I have a monthly schedule, that’s all. Also, with the pandemic taking hold of the world right now, I’d say these videos are a luxury, so be grateful that I even bother making these :D

This flight took just over an hour. Read the description.

Usually KL to SG would take only between 40 mins to an hour unless if got delays or the plane making detour before landing
