razor MX650 issues ony works when plugged in. batteries read 39.8V any suggestions?

Those batteries are on their way out.
And if you dont mind spending a few $s buy a new controller and throttle for 20$ .

I still have same batteries since the video and yes i changed out the controller, solenoid and F/R Switch
