the stl police budget has only went up? they literally got a $9 million raise this past year

@outsighed that looks good on paper, but how many cops are on the force now and how many are leaving. Raises are great until you realize that you work in a city where one out of context part of a 10-second video will have you ending up with the city leadership gunning for you and your career. Ask any cop around here. Many don't want to be proactive because they don't want to be the next ones targeted because of the court of social media.
