I am so proud being a fan of One Ok Rock. Their songs are not just a song. The vibes, the meaning, and the heart were there. And for this song, Renegades is powerful one that talks about the current issue of society. And for the ending, I guess it talks about the unity of nation. Be kind and stop racism.

whats impressive to me isnt just that he's got good english pronunciation (lots of people have that, though i know its not that common in japan), but that he has good rockstar english pronunciation. being good at speaking is one thing, but knowing how to use your voice well in a song like this, in a foreign language, is really impressive.

Saw them live in Minneapolis and this song was even better live. His voice literally sounds just like that
I was at that show! For sure one of the best shows I have been to and I have been to a ton. Every band absolutely nailed it...I couldn't believe how good this guy's voice was live...Insane amounts of vocal control.
P.s. Muse ending on Knight of Cydonia was amazing...Where it picks up towards the end sounded so massiveeeee.

Love how Taka said anger can only truly be expressed by rock. The world needed a song like this! Way to go guys.
Honestly, what I love about this song is that it's distinctly a rock song, there's no denying that with the chorus they made, but it also has that radio friendly, mainstream sounding verses that are easy to get into and flow beautifully into their rock sound. This is truly a brilliant song and should get much more recognition, and soon

Saw these guys open for Muse a couple weeks ago. I had never heard of them, but they absolutely crushed it and made a fan out of me.
Extremely talented band, and they deserve all the success they are getting.
The singer said into the mic "I can't believe we are opening for Muse, I feel like im dreaming!" and I couldn't help but yell "Hell yeah bud! You go get that dream!"

One Ok Rock was supposed to collab with Linkin Park before Chester committed suicide (literally they were scheduled to tour together in Japan that November), and at their farewell concert to him Taka (Takahiro Moriuchi, the lead singer) came out to sing Somewhere I Belong in just pure raw emotion. His energy and performance was so close to Chester you can only imagine how amazing that collaboration would have been between these two would have been in the same song.

ワンオクの曲ってスケールがデカイよね。広くて何もない場所に行きたい時、RenegadesとかWasted Nightsを目を閉じながら聴いてる。（笑）

ONE OK ROCK is my favourite band for this reason, they aren’t afraid to talk. They aren’t afraid to put up music on topics that aren’t spoke about as much as they need to be. They deserve the followers, views, and so much more. The music they made helped me, and still does. This could be an opening for the olympics, and honestly I’d love it if they do.
Yeah like the social issues of the media lying about literally every single thing they write about and tricking an entire generation into believing things that are completely contrary to facts, along with defending literal r*pists and domestic abusers and serial violent people.
This video is biased towards BLM because one of the songwriters is a black girl. What about Asian hate crime? It’s thrown out of the window.

This is my first time watching a Japanese movie called Rurouni Kenshin: The Final and I really loved the ending song had no choice but to come search it up, definitely One Ok Rock are my favorite band from now on😩🔥🔥
