I am not Dr Damina's Church member and I also don't agree with a few of his stands. I agree with some. I have a little diverge view on what Apostle Gideon said. I guess he always listens to short clips of Dr Damina, not his full message. Dr. Damina is not camping people at the Nursery class. What he does is that he makes all his messages REVOLVE around Christ. That's the purpose of Christianity. Whatever we preach must revolve around Christ, not Moses, not Abraham, or Jacob. So, any topic Damina is teaching, he always ends the final reference with Christ. I also think Dr Damina will not be stressing salvation every day if he sees a lot of evidence of salvation in our society. Just look at Nigeria for instance, do you really see evidence that we have over 100m Christians and the majority of them claimed they are saved. Most of them do all the things Apostle Gideon may term Primary class. Things like speaking in tongues, fervant prayers, and the likes. But most of the so-called Christians are not Christ-like. I personally think if there is any message all Nigerian Pastors should focus on right now, it is the one Apostle Gideon called Nursery class, that is, salvation message. A lot of our people are going to Church, but not yet saved or understand salvation.

This is lame: The reason Damina hasn't and can't reply Apostle Odoma is glaring... He knows the man has stated the truth about him. When Apostle Orokpo schooled him on his error after he tried to pick on the former, did he reply? No. Because, he knew he has goofed.
The issue here is Damina has declared his repentance and he is trying by the waysame Grace correct on the damages he made. Odoma is talking based on the knowledge of man no God. I don't think Damina responded to what Apostle Gideon Idoma said. What Apostle Gideon said can't be refuted. Scripturally, what Pastor Gideon said is 100% scriptural. What he said has nothing to do with his opinion: but pure truth based on scriptures. The truth is that the nigerian church is in serious and urgent need of teachers like Apostle Gideon Odoma. The nigerian church is almost out of alignment with the truths of the gospel. And most of those we regard as "fathers of faith“ have been more focused on building their own" kingdoms, cathedrals and denominations“ and abandoning the body of Christ in Nigeria. However, it is wrong to equate "faith toward God" with the message of grace. The entirety of the gospel of Christ is based on grace and nothing else. In contrast to Moses, Apostle John says "grace and truth came by Jesus Christ" (John 1:17). This is the summary of the gospel of Christ. It is the "word of his grace" (Act 20:32). We gain access to grace through faith (Rom 5:2). Faith toward God provides the access to the entirety of the gospel, which is grace. Just as OT people were under the law, we are said to be under grace (Rom 6:15). Why not get a hard copy or soft copy of the original Greek / Hebrew bible to cross-check the interpretations of all these pastors and prophet to learn by yourself what actually is the truth or who is teaching the right gospel. The nigerian church is almost out of alignment with the truths of the gospel. Apostle Gideon is wrong! Although I am not in support of Dr Damina. I have called him out and corrected many of his wrong teachings. However, it is wrong to equate "faith toward God" with the message of grace. The entirety of the gospel of Christ is based on grace and nothing else. In contrast to Moses, Apostle John says "grace and truth came by Jesus Christ" (John 1:17). This is the summary of the gospel of Christ. It is the "word of his grace" (Act 20:32). We gain access to grace through faith (Rom 5:2). Faith toward God provides the access to the entirety of the gospel, which is grace. Just as OT people were under the law, we are said to be under grace (Rom 6:15). No wonder Paul's warning to the Galatians is that they "are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ to another gospel" (Gal 1:6). Look at the contrast: "grace of God" into "another gospel". The gospel of Christ is the grace of God. He further told them that reverting to the Law is equal "falling from grace" (Gal 5:4).
