i wouldn't say it's mandatory but building Vergis is absolutely gamechanging for Scarab King on every stage Doom Tower Normal. Four pieces Destroy, two pieces Immortal. Accessoires can be set pieces, but don't have to (Slayer i.e. helps with slightly with damage and therefore helping Destroy set working faster). Give him offense and Defense masteries AND if possible fully book his passive. From that point he might even be able to solo Scarab King while still Lvl 40
you were right the first time - the Vergis solo strat is turn off his a2, he's just doing his a1 and he needs to be in 4 piece destruction gear to break the shield
Shield set, zero speed, and a destroy set, the reflect damage may work to get the purple shield down, maybe. I know we are all here spewing out advice, sorry if we are over bearing. But we all go thru the trials of being new in the game, and some of us probably want to jump into the screen and stop you from pressing your mouse. I believe the next event you will breeze right thru from what you learned with this one. Considering that you don't have all your dungeon teams at level 20, I would go ham on the Dragon event, get as much 6 star gear as possible, and that should push your champs in the other dungeons. The dungeons at the lower levels have zero benefit, unless its a turn count event, and you just want to do it quick. Good Luck!!
You're truly a beautiful person. It's really cool that you talk about where you are from and some of your experiences. Vergis must be in Regen and immortal for Scarab. He's my go to solo champ for all levels of hard doom tower
@@dbp192000 Vergis does not need immortal and regeneration. He heals himself every turn anyway and put the shield on himself. So you can use emergency heal blessing and then put destroy gear on him so he can solo the scarab King with almost zero chance of dying. He keeps a shield up pretty much the entire fight
With Vergis, you either need him to solo or have bloodshield on other champs if you run Vergis solo, by letting you other champs die quickly when you get to the boss, you really want to have him in destroy gear and an immortal set so he is destroying the scarab shield while gaining a little extra healing that will help him get back above that 50% hp threshold. He also needs enough resist to not get his buffs stole or become provoked.
Yeah as you've seen from the other comments, Bloodshield accessories are also your friend for Scarab, but Vergis is definitely a great option and you wont regret leveling him up.
besides having shields up you also need to destroy the scarab king's max HP, either by a skill or by wearing a destroy gear set cause once you've destroyed his max HP he'll be much easier to damage.
If your Zarguna were faster she probably could do it. As it's now the boss takes 2 turns for every 1 turn you take, so the immortal set + A1 can't keep up with the damage
Not gonna lie I'm really digging the champ build outs segments. I got through my SK thanks gem called Lifedrain put that shit in relic it really helped me break his shell.quickly.
Destroy max HP is not the best for spirit, just get someone with consistent heal reduction, like coldheart or venomage. Also are you getting hydra battles in? Mithrala lifebane is a scarab king Godess, as well as being one of the coolest looking, and overall best kits in the whole game.
Don't use the ally protect on vegis, it will kill him, he needs to be left alone alive to be able to solo it but 1 immortal set + destroy set might be good to have on him, that's what i use for lvl 100 hard mode scarab on my vergis.
I think that in the Balkans we dont get sick a lot because of a spirit drinks every Balkan country has. Regarding to mariage atm you are married to raid game and making content for us so we can watch. I hope this marriage will last a bit :) :) Greetings from Slovenija. I have lived in Texas my entire life and I can tell you emphatically that I despise the heat.. if I had the money I would live in a cooler climate for sure..

A easy for sure scarab king tactic is bloodshield ring on every champion, these are won from clan vs clan.

You need Vergis in a regen set if you want him to solo the scarab boss
Build your Virgis in Destruction and immortal. He will be unstoppable. (Of course get him to 6 star and all that jazz lol)
I used dark elhain in destroy gear to help me get through scarab king and potion king.

you need to look up apothocary in a toxic set hes a good option for normal doom tower scarb, easier to build since hes a rare
