What will i do , I started training in sap ABAP module but , my coding is not good and not getting interest , what should I do now ? I am totally confused .
Mostly, SAP software is implemented in large scale companies (product based), be it MNC or anything. Recruiters might not be interested in hiring fresher's as providing on job training to them is a time taking process. They look for the following in the candidates who apply for the job: 1. At least worked on 1 implementation project or 2 support projects or 1 rollout project. 2. one need to have thorough knowledge on Master data's, Transactional data etc(considering SAP MM module) 3. Should know how to make FSD documents and tables knowledge is must. 4. SAP certification would be an added advantage. For SAP MM should have S/4 HANA knowledge. 5. Finally, Communications skills are must. As mostly there will be meetings and presentations with the client. So, as a fresher, I suggest you to go for internship and work there on real time projects this will help you to gain knowledge on above parameters and update your resume so that recruiters can consider you as a experienced candidates.
