@@southwestwashingtonrailfan6110 Perhaps. I moved in November 2020. I don't recall meeting many fellow railfans there, an older gentleman in his early 60s, a young girl with her dad, and a couple guys in their teens.
Rainier actually has a second high-hood dash 2, number 5119 I believe. She just got repainted in the company's new paint scheme and it looks pretty sharp.
