You’re so funny Chef Tom! You explain everything so nicely and with humour too!! that laugh @2:27 and when you tasted saki. You kept us entertained throughout your video. Thank you!! ☺️☺️
Thank you Chef Tom!! What boggles my mind is why The Food Network hasn't given you your own show! So in the interim, please write a cookbook, I just know it would be a huge success!!

Wow! Every Friday, I buy ribs - so your thumbnail brought me here. Thank you for your GREAT video presentation and for including the ingredients and measurements in your description! You gave somebody a "clue" 😅👍😋 Subscribed
The ribs look super-yummy but cooking in so much oil is somewhat disconcerting. I will bake the ribs in my toaster convection oven and the follow the rest of your recipe. Thanks for sharing...
I absolutely know I will love this ! I luv ribs, but I am not a big fan of the fall off the bone, smothered in store bought BBQ Sauce,,,, this is perfect ! I cant wait to try it ! But I will need to pick up a few things at the store first,,, TY !!!!!!! 😁🖒💕
I am crying stores closed because of pandemic curfews (illegal) I want to go to the store buy everything make now. enjoy at 12 am with Jasmin rice. it is a long time until 6 am store open
You can work a finger between the meat and the silver skin. Start with one and gently pry the skin away until you can get two fingers in and so on. Work a path to the other side of the ribs and then you can pull it all off at once. Start in the middle of the rack
You can take the membrane off much easier by inserting the knife and grabbing the edge with a piece of kitchen towel and slowly pull. You sometime get luck or likely need to repeat. Dont leave this skin on. Good video though and a must try for me.
Removing membrane, southern BBQ style. Shove the handle of a tea spoon under there grab it with paper towel and rip it off. Butter knife would be fine as well have done it both ways.
I don’t understand why you have to remove the skin when it’s the most delicious part of the ribs!!! 🙈😭😭😭 Anyway, that said this video was delightful, thank you!! 😄
They look delicious. I will be making these,tonight..Thank you chef
Thank you for this informative and delicious recipe on your Chinese Ginger & Garlic Salt Pepper ribs. Yummy! Thank you for the recycling tip as well.

You’re so funny Chef Tom! You explain everything so nicely and with humour too!! that laugh @2:27 and when you tasted saki. You kept us entertained throughout your video. Thank you!! ☺️☺️
This dish was very good the longer you let the meat marinated the better the flavor; I'm going to put recipe in my personal cookbook.
lovely recipe. i love the garlicy flavor of the rib.

Nice to see you back Tom.
Thank you! Awesome! Great technique. I am thinking would also be good with cut chicken thighs.
Removing membrane, southern BBQ style. Shove the handle of a tea spoon under there grab it with paper towel and rip it off. Butter knife would be fine as well have done it both ways.
Never use teflon frying pan, i heard it is unhealthy. Stainless is good. Thanks for sharing your skill.
the ending part I saw the chef put some garnishing on top of the pork ribs...chopped spring onions and what is the other stuff? Is some chilli paste?
Finely chopped fried chilli?
Love your videos! - you should consider teaming up with buk lao
Yum!!
Use paper towel and pull silver skin off, I could do 6 in the same time
Yea. That is how I was taught. Watching him butcher that into tons of tiny pieces was rough.
Xion Arcadia 😂😂😂☺️🤭
Thankfully
Making this tomorrow!!

How did they turn out?

I don’t understand why you have to remove the skin when it’s the most delicious part of the ribs!!! 🙈😭😭😭 Anyway, that said this video was delightful, thank you!! 😄
At about 2 minutes in, he suggests leaving it on as an option, scoring it to break it up a bit.
👍👍👍👏👏👏😋😋😋🙏🙏🙏

You sounds like bruce lee
I think you need to list all the ingredients in the details, or just show them in the screen while cooking.
A couple of vegan/ tofu meals please. I love your channel. I have to make adjustments. I would like to just make the meal without any.
