I don't think there is anything she can do to diffuse the pervasive opinion that she is a narcissist and overbearing. A wise PR person would advise to just step out of the public eye for a LONG time (years), raise your children, live quietly.

She is a bully by choice. She is the undoing of her own reputation. Harry stood by and did nothing knowing it was wrong coming from a well-respected family that treats their staff with respect. People respond better and will do their jobs with pleasure.

Try telling Rachel that! She has never left our HRH Princess Catherine alone, Prince William, our King and Queen and with two of them having cancer it is absolutely despicable of them. They have no children and if there were shed would be done for cruelty. The equivalent to our social services went to check on the invisible children.
