We will discuss how to use the streaming option accessory of your ReSound Smart 3D App on your ReSound Hearing Aids. We will also show you how to adjust the sound enhancer on the noise and speech focus in the modes for restaurant, outdoors, and tv streaming, as well as how to adjust the volume control in each of these modes. My husband works at night so sleeps in the day. I like turning down the tv low so he won’t hear it. I turn up my hearing aids to compensate. I often leave the captioning on on the tv also. I judt got the reSound One. I love them.

Thanks for the great information you provide on the ReSound hearing aids. I just got a Resound One hearing aid and I noticed in this video that you said you also adjust the volume of your TV. I am wondering how do I pair the Resound One to my TV. If my LG Smart TV can access blue tooth speakers can I pair it to the phone app or do I need another accessary? Thanks again for your great videos.
It requires you to purchase another device (sorry but retail it's probably $500) to get that.

You say you use the multi-mic for watching TV. Is it physically connected to the TV or just placed somewhere in front of the TV?
It's better if it's connected to the TV but you can set it in front of the TV
Question... If you adjust the settings, do they stay at that exact setting - when you turn off your mobile or you forget to take your mobile out with you? Thank you
If on the app and you change the volume, it will remember that setting for as long as the aids are not charging or battery door is opened.
I'd like to see a video on Custom 5, 7 and 9 models and, not so much about the difference in each of their feature, but if these features work on the 3D app. For example I was told model 5 has no wind reduction, yet this can be found in the app. Does it not work or what? How many other app features are not available if a lesser model is selected.
If you download the app, you are seeing the demo (or even what I am showing on the screen). Not all models have all features.
Just got my new Resound Omnia aids this week. I was surprised there was no way to adjust the volume on the hearing aids themselves. I thought all hearing aids had a volume control on the over the ear part. Not sure I'm happy about that since I'm now totally dependent on having my Iphone with me when I leave the house. If I forget to charge my phone and I'm out and about I have no way to adjust the volume. I'm not a big Iphone user, just take it with me in case my car breaks down so I can call AAA. Maybe it's a good trade off though. Less buttons on the aids themselves. What's your opinion of hearing aids without volume buttons?
There is a BUTTON on the aids that can be USED as a volume control if you ask.
wow, quick response. Thanks. There is one button on the Omnia, but I thought that was just to change modes, like Restaurant mode. You're saying it can also be used to control volume only? Or do you mean that changing modes itself is in a way changing volume?

What should I do when hearing aid charger box not working properly? I brought it 2019 from haldwani ENT and now I am at Dehradun, please reply me, its resound GN
If the hearing aids are not charging, take some rubbing alcohol and a Q Tip. Clean the inside of the box all over. Replace the cabal of the charger (maybe it's crimped and bad) and wipe off the surface of the hearing aids. Then go back to charging again. If it works, you will know it was debris which we see all the time. If that doesn't work, you need to have a repair on your hearing aids and probably replacement of charger. Since it's from 2019, it may be under warranty, but if not, it's just a replaced charger.
I'm trying out the ReSounds right now. They are so time consuming messing around in the app. I DO want something simpler.
Not sure that there are simpler hearing aids..you really don’t have to mess with them much if you don’t want to.
I use Carplay in my car, for the directions and talk the entire way into work 90 minutes, how can I program my carplay to do what I need for navigation, and the hearing aid and my voice back, through the car blue tooth or the phone?
Only one BT works at one time. But with Carplay it hijacks the BT of your hearing aids. Sorry.
In my restaurant program then in Sound Enhancer, I have only Noise reduction (no Speech focus neither Wind noise reduction) why please? I don't have also Ultra focus program... I have Resound Linx Quattro RE9-CIC-W-HP. Thanks
Beauty question. Now, Sound Enhancer point of your aids Noise Reduction cannot be Auto turned on. You can PUSH the buttons whenever you want to but you can't change that. BUT, what you can do is create a sound that you like then click ADD FAVORITE and then it somewhat remembers what you want for that placement.
Now the other portion is the ULTRA FOCUS that is not on the Quattro. It's on the new ReSound ONE product that is releasing a custom rechargeable product here soon. Now you are saying, Crud I don't want to buy new aids to get the rechargeable and the ONE. I know...but that's something out there. The new ONE CIC will be a 312 battery (not the ten) and not rechargeable but would have the ULTRA FOCUS process (most likely) since it's not out yet. Hope that helps!

@@pierre6531 T Coils will never exist in CICs. Now the Quattro can have a CIC that is bluetooth and the new ONE will be rechargeable and bluetooth. But they will not have T-Coils. T-Coils are only coming in BTE aids. Since T-Coils are used very very little anymore, most are not making them very much.
