Chemicals are not expensive! You can purchase chemicals, bottles and stickers under 10k Naira, produce 50liters of soap. Split the 50 liters into 10 pcs of 5liters and sell each for at “least” #2,000! That’s 10k profit! Note that you can produce more than 50lits depending on how thick or watery you want your soap. Also you can’t finish some chemicals in one production, e.g caustic soda, perfume and color (meaning you won’t have to buy them for your next production)

I followed your manufacturing process for making multi-purpose liquid soap, I got a product that foams well but when it's cold the soap coagulates and loses its clarity. Once exposed to the sun, the soap becomes clear again. How to solve this problem.
The choice of color could cause this (brown color fades quickly when exposed to sun) try picking sharp colors like green, lemon, pink, etc.. Originality of color could also be the cause. Some colors are fake, they change when you expose to sun.

Don’t be scared. This means your soap is extremely foamy which is not a bad thing! Just scoop the foam on top to one side and package your product. The foam will eventually settle in the bottle

Is there a way to omit some chemicals and still get foamy soap for commercial purpose
Never omit chemicals.
If you omit any, you won’t get a good quality soap.
