    This song was sampled from Ronan Keating’s “if tomorrow never comes” go and listen and you’ll know I did lie,
    But Dady did great with his own added lines to make unique and his own

      I think he was rather inspired by the song because the rythm and lyrics are not the same.

    • @Sarpatv
      @Sarpatv 2 года назад +1

      are you sure brɔ? I listened to Ronan Keating if tomorrow never comes on his destinaton album released in 2002 some years ago,though I see similarities especially the first stanza. However,I feel it could be coincident since with the exception of the stanza and the chorus which may have element of similarities if translated into twi,the rest like 70% are not traceable. I once wrote a poem about how life really had travelled with me,but when I got the lyrics of lumba's Ɛnyɛ Awurade den,I saw traces of my poem like 80% in Lumba's song. I had never be Lumba's fan until that day in 2019 when a lady broke down the lyrics to me. So,i think similarities can't mean sampled. I respect your thoughts though

      @@Sarpatv I am a very good fun of music, I may have missed the right word to use in my comment but there are other songs of DL that has similarities with western songs, but the secret is he don’t sample it but takes the theme and make it his own art, for instance “sume3 kasa” and listen to “if walls could talk’ by Celine Dion

I always say that, if daddy was a white, n sung all dese songs in Englsih, hahaha Most renowned musicians Wudn't hv come to de limelight. Bless Up Daddy

      That's so true. DL would have been on the same level worldwide with Michael Jackson and Bob Marley if he had sung all his songs in English.

    Very emotional song. This track is one of my favourite DL songs.
    Pls is DL still married to madam Akosua Serwaa?
    Pls when are you going to breakdown awisea foforo from Playboy album for us. There's some words there that I don't understand "motia mframa hoo no, and odupon kɛseɛ a nase nwon dɛ"

    Is a nice song sire Jesse but I was wondering did daddy lumba copied it from Garth Brooks's if Tomorrow never come because the concept the lyrics almost everything is in Garth Brooks song

    • @JayAgyemang_SireJesse
      @JayAgyemang_SireJesse  2 года назад +1

      Yes, the concept is the same but the lyrics are not. In music, it's called inspiration, not copying.
